“Yeah ill be coming back here. Good service, very clean from the moment you walk into the hotel and room, just really comforting. The only issue was the language barrier with some workers, I asked a question and the worker seemed confused, I was looking for a food bowl for breakfast but luckily new clean bowels came out.

Its a bit expensive but All in all, ill be back here again for sure.”

“I am currently hiking the Appalachian Trail and had my resupply sent to the PO right across the street. Room rate is very reasonable. The room is clean and well stocked and a little retro. The owner did my laundry for me. There's a convenience store nearby for drinks and snacks. Pizza delivery and Chinese food delivery is available. It was a bit of a hike from the trail but its quiet and secure. It's a good spot to stop.”

“I have been staying here the past year for automotive manufacture training. The breakfast is usually good for those eating healthy. High protein options are available.
Service has always been great even when asking for a simple bottled water.
The hotel is right off the highway and is next to gas station with a charging station. Great for those on a road trip.”

“Stayed 3 nights. Excellent overall. Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Reasonably quiet. Wifi, fridge, microwave, tv all worked fine. Everything in good repair and reasonably new. Tasty included breakfast, good coffee. Pretty much what I'd expect from Hampton Inn. Minor issue w outside door lock was fixed in 30 minutes -- staff is on the ball! Adjacent Home Depot was handy when needed parts for my exhibit display.”

“The Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Mahwah offers a functional stay with a few highlights and areas for improvement. The rooms are generally okay, providing the basic necessities for a short visit. However, the mattress was not very comfortable, which impacted the quality of sleep.
​On the positive side, the hotel offers free parking and features a small pool for guests. The complimentary breakfast is decent, though there is definitely room for improvement in terms of variety or quality. For dining, there is a convenient, albeit average, restaurant located just across the parking lot. It’s a practical choice if you need to be in the area, but the sleeping arrangements could be better.”

This is the first pet friendly hotel ive came to that was not only reasonably priced, but is very accommodating, clean, and professional. Aside from the fact that theres some construction going (the loud noises scare the pup) my stay here so far has been great!”

There’s a big parking lot, they’re actively doing renovations to make things better, and I got a cookie when I walked in!

The stairwell was accessible, and even though there were elevator issues (elevators everywhere break down pretty often so I’m not shocked by it) I didn’t mind taking the stairs. The floors aren’t hard to navigate and since there are two elevators, when one stopped working we just hopped on the other one.

I loved the small gym area. It was quiet and just enough for my workout routine. There are tvs and it’s kept air conditioned for when you break a sweat. Towel stand was perfect and I wiped down my surfaces with the disinfectant wipes provided.

The room was spacious enough for two people and so was the bed. The bathroom was the perfect size and the shower looked newly installed. The tv is a nice size at the end of the bed and you get blackout curtains for privacy. Desk and the comfy corner chair are a plus for daytime tasks. Bed was massive but the pillows made it hard to fall asleep— that’s just a personal issue. My boyfriend had no problems at all. Maybe bring your own pillow if you absolutely wanted to.

Plenty of space for belongings and in the closet, bedside tables had charging outlets for our chargers, mini fridge kept our waters cold, ac kept us cool at night, and housekeeping does a great job. Not sure if we had neighbors, and if we did, I couldn’t hear them.

Need food recs? Go to Booyah! downstairs for a small breakfast selection and great coffee in the morning, along with their lunch/dinner selection. Didn’t have to go far for a good time and good food!

“Well here we are 2025 and we are back this is our go to place family-owned friendly. The room did not cool off as I like so I went downstairs and they moved me immediately I am so comfortable it is very hard for the air conditioners right now with such a high index of heat. If you want a place to go that's not the Ritz nor the pits it is a perfect medium for family and someone who wants a good night's sleep, good food, treated as if you were one of the family, and also just all around good customer service. What are you waiting for this is the place to be. Thank you so much Westgate we will see you again and again and again! I forgot to mention they also enhanced their breakfast bar they've got hot food they've got cereal they've got toasts it is amazing

“Told front desk about some issues told me not to worry about it. Beds were uncomfortable you roll from the side of the bed into a depression in the middle.
Also I know you can smoke canibus in NJ but I shouldn't have to constantly smell it walking in the hallway of a non smoking building.”

• The overall vibe of the hotel is calm and upscale without being stuffy. The common areas are spotless, well-lit, and designed in a way that makes you actually want to spend time there.

• Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Customer service here feels natural and sincere, not forced — a big plus.
