In just 28 minutes, Juan solved an issue that I had been trying to resolve over the phone for nearly three months. His knowledge, patience, and professionalism were truly outstanding.

“I recently started working for my families business and they use Daniel as their consultant. 80 percent of the day is spent working on the computer so there's issues that arise from time to time. And Daniel has been our savior - he has been nothing short of amazing! Every interaction that I have had with him has been great. “Purchased a new iPhone and iPad from this Verizon location. Aneudy transferred all my information from my old devices to the new ones. He was extremely professional and patient. The following day, I realized I was not receiving my emails on the new devices. I went back to the Verizon location and was assisted by Isa’on. He spent more than an hour with me figuring out what was causing the problem. He ultimately resolved the issue. Great service from both of them.”

“Es bueno el servicio pero en la tienda que está al frente del supermercado bravo de spring valley la tienda que está en la ruta 59 la atención es pésima y no ayudan al consumidor solo quieren vender en mi opinión es mejor el servicio en la tienda cerca al bravo y eso que es más pequeña y humilde gracias por su atención”
