“Purchased a new iPhone and iPad from this Verizon location. Aneudy transferred all my information from my old devices to the new ones. He was extremely professional and patient. The following day, I realized I was not receiving my emails on the new devices. I went back to the Verizon location and was assisted by Isa’on. He spent more than an hour with me figuring out what was causing the problem. He ultimately resolved the issue. Great service from both of them.”

When I was traveling for work my old phone died and had to go to another Verizon store to buy a phone. At that time we could not get into the phone to transfer all of my information to the new phone. I took it to my home store in Fairlawn and Carlos figured it out and was able to transfer everything. His customer service was exceptional he was determined to solve issue. He understood that I am not so tech-savvy and I needed his help. He obviously knows what he's doing and I am grateful for everything five star experience.”
