“I have to write and praise three gentlemen at the Ramsey location. I went in a few weeks ago and the manager Joe (who helped me several years ago) assisted me. He was patient and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot) professionally. I purchased a phone, tablet and watch with his help. Once I received the items I went back into the store and was sad to learn Joey was on vacation. However, with the help of Aneudy I was pleasantly surprised. He offered the same professionalism and care and support as Joey. There was another man named Jesus whom also would jump in and answer questions if Aneudy had to assist another customer. I do believe these three gentlemen should be praised for their efforts. I will be back in the future and will send friends ans family their way!Thank you!!!!Sincerely,Donna L.”

The last thing I wanted to do was leave my house, but I had to not only did they help help me extremely fast, but they also had the Cubs and Blue Jays game playing in the background for the customers to watch while waiting! “I came to this T-mobile location after getting the Run around at my local T-mobile store . All I needed was a new Tempered glass screen Protector and after constantly being denied and dealing with customer service I came here at a last attempt. The associate working yesterday was Luly and I can't say enough good things about her. She took so much time trying to get me a new screen protector through insurance and for some reason it wasn't covered . After going through so much hell with the other store and then getting denied from insurance she recommend a store for me to get a cheap screen protector and told me to come right back to her store and she would install it on my phone free of charge . She was very helpful with my concerns and went above and beyond to make me happy . she definitely helped turn my bad experience into a pleasant one. I highly recommend her to any customer experiencing issues .”
