“The salesman, Vejex, was great. Very accommodating and understood exactly what I was looking for. The selection was limited but I was looking for a specific size and color. However, a $90 delivery fee for 15 miles away seems very steep. Especially considering I am willing to wait on a back ordered item and went ahead and put 30% down (more than required ). That delivery fee essentially adds $100 to the price. The big whoop $25 coupon they keep spamming me with - really??!! Very nice store. Corporate needs to recognize the extraordinary times and be more thoughtful/considerate. Thank you.”
“Ashley is a great sales associate, she understands your needs and works efficiently. She made the entire process very easy and made sure the furniture to be delivered as expected. I had a small issue with the chairs and after contacting Modani, they immediately resolved it right away through text! I didn’t even have to call anyone. Jenece is a great customer service associate, she was quick and helped with the replacement. Even when I forgot to reply back, she followed up and asked how I’d like to proceed. I was pleasantly surprised and I really appreciated her diligent work.”
