I have been happy with the service and was just looking to replace my phone but the person working there was not helpful in any way. Thankfully I checked out this location and Beilyn was working behind the desk. She quickly analyzed that I should just replace my old phone, helped me pick the right phone, and then set me up immediately with everything I needed. No slippery sales talk and numbers. She was direct with her responses, helpful in her explanations, and very friendly as well. It was a great experience getting a phone through Beilyn. The owner of this location should be very grateful and compensate her accordingly. We plan to come back soon to set my wife up with a new phone but only when Beilyn is working.”
