“I’m so grateful! I visited the store on Monday, June 29th, and spoke with Ethan. He mentioned I’d need to leave my phone until tomorrow morning, but since I use it for two business purposes, I couldn’t do that. I returned on Wednesday, July 1st, and initially, it was set for 10:00 am on Thursday. However, Den worked tirelessly to get it sorted just in time before closing, which he did. Now, I’m writing on my phone, which got repaired super fast! I can’t express how thankful I am. I really appreciate the Apple Store in Nanuet because they’re incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and have amazing customer service. I’m a key person here since I’m always around. My name is Zevi, and the person at the store reading this, it’s me, Zevi, you know me 😂 Thank you all for making this such a pleasant experience!”

“I want to write this post about Brian. I never leave a review anywhere but I was waiting a hour trying to return my internet device when he came over and did it all in 6 minutes. Best person to go too very knowledgeable and professional.”
