Lazy drivers didn’t bother load my shipment for already three attempted deliveries but none ever came on the date scheduled , what’s going on here I’m super disappointed and frustrated and I’m losing money as well.

Packaged delayed for over 2 weeks, marked it as urgent. It’s has now been at the pickup location for 2 days on hold and they won’t let me pick it up. Now I’m heading out of state without my package. This company is ridiculous and no help at all

Worst experience ever my mom sent my birth certificate from Jamaica paid a lot to have express shipping done I did not receive it and the drive signed for me they did not help me only tell me to let my mom file a claim in Jamaica I hate u ppl

Lazy Drivers!They marked that delivery was attempted but we were closed 2 days in a row...We weren't closed and from surveillance cameras, they didn't even bother to check!

I have to say this is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received. I experienced a small issue with the delivery of a package I needed for a wedding so I came to the Springfield location and Jennifer along with Annette resolved the issue within minutes. These two ladies were super helpful and completely made my day, I couldn't be more satisfied. ??

Still waiting for documents dropped at this branch by the sender over a month ago, really bad service! Following up with the head office and Customer Service and nobody seems to know what's happening! So dissapointed!

Terrible customer service and delivery. The driver asked me to walk a block away because his truck was double parked. DHL can't be serious, I know the package is heavy and it's pouring rain. Called customer service and was told I would still receive my package tonight. Called 10 minutes later and was told I would receive my package tomorrow ??. I only left a star because it's required to leave the review. You spend so much money on these packages only to have experiences like this when they are supposed to be delivered. Please do better DHL because your service is seriously lacking in all areas. This is the second time a driver does this by the way. Oh, I also got an email right after the driver called me with his bogus request and excuse saying that my package could not be delivered because they had the wrong address when it's clearly the right address which was confirmed by customer service when I called. The driver was aware of my address as well he just thought it was ok to ask me to walk a block away. ??????
