I arrived twenty minutes early and waited until it opened at nine. Exactly four minutes after nine, a female staff member came through the side door to open the main entrance. I was second in line, so I didn’t have to wait long. When I reached the counter, I was surprised to see the same woman who had opened the door was also serving behind the counter. Although a queue was building up, she was the only staff member assisting customers. I was glad to be near the front, as I wouldn’t have been pleased waiting further back. Nevertheless, this sole staff member was polite, professional, and handled everything promptly, making my experience a positive one.

Tip: bring a pen and write on the window or you will wait all the way the back of the line. Again. If you hold up the line then it is what it is.

Someone needs to fire that giant lady who be in the front. Her attitude sucks, if these people need their business, they need to get rid of that big round giant lady !! She has an actual issue. She needs to be fired she’s unprofessional and depressing. If I was built like that I’d be miserable too but that doesn’t mean go and be rude to every single customer. If you don’t want to deal with customers then don’t work with them . . Hope next time I come here, she’s gone. The Indian woman was perfect.

They still have my package that was supposed to be shipped on May 10 but they never sent it. I ordered 2 packages they sent one but never sent the second. I ordered it on April 28th and here it is June 19th still waiting on my second package. I'm all the way in indiana it's not like I can just make a trip up there

They are slow to ship off packages to another state I'm from Alabama. I have a package stuck there. They need to pick their pace now.. Come on workers just do your job right... 🤬🤬

When will someone do something about these awful post office employees?? Rude, customer is horrible, always have an attitude while talking to customers. Where are the managers??? Lines are always long or they take incredibly long to service people and with no urgency. Do better.

I recently visited this post office to complete passport applications for my daughters and I. I was met with a professional and incredibly helpful postal worker who was kind, understanding, and provided excellent assistance for which I was extremely grateful. I successfully completed my transaction; however, I deducted one star because the photo service was unavailable despite being listed as an option on the USPS website. The clerk informed me that I could have our pictures taken at Walgreens, which I did, and then returned to complete the process.
To the wonderful postal clerk who assisted me thank you for being AMAZING!

The most horrible post office I have ever been to in my life. The woman that does the passport is absolute worst person. She needs to be fired immediately and have come customer service training. I do not recommend anyone going to this post office

Corporate needs to come to this location and do a secret shopper. Let them witness the unprofessionalism with their employees. When employees act in a consistent type of unprofessional behavior, they typically assume no real consequences will come forth on complaints from customers. Hence the behavior continues with the customers being impacted by it only. Do better!!!!
