“I usually do my banking online, but needed to make some changes in person, so I visited the FourLeaf (formerly Bethpage Federal Credit Union) branch in Albertson. The Assistant Branch Manager that worked with me was courteous, friendly and efficient, making short work of the changes I requested. Even though it was just before closing I didn’t feel rushed or harried. Over the many years we have been members, all my visits have been met with highly competent, friendly people who seem to care about doing their job well and helping their members. This was another great example. Thank you!”

“Always enjoy visiting the Mineola branch and New Hyde Park branch. Tellers and Managers are friendly and always seem to be smiling ( unless they're just laughing at me lol:). Mineola tellers, Jalisa, Leah, Nick and John are always a pleasure to chat/deal with and are very professional and friendly. Amy, the new manager is also a joy to see when there. I appreciate their smiles and greetings whenever I do business there. In many places, the employees seem like you're bothering them, but here they're always willing to help answer any questions. Really, I can't say enough good things about this and the NHP branch without sounding as if I'm getting paid lol.
I hope they ( the suits) keep these tellers for a while and/or treat them well to show how valuable they are to the company. I'd miss them but they deserve the best so promote them with much appreciation for their value, please.”

“After experiencing the cold and unfriendly staff of the commercial bank across the street I decided to go with my grandson and open an account at Bethpsge credit union. (Long Beach) What a pleasant surprise. We we greeted by a friendly teller that informed Cristen Kurlowicz they were wanted to open some accounts. Christen was extremely competent and knowledgeable of all the products available an answered all our questions and made us feel welcomed to Bethpage. What a difference from the commercial banks. “This review is to commend the matchless professionalism that Customer Service Supervisor Jacqueline Morrison had demonstrated when she had resolved a difficult problem regarding a safety deposit box on 1/20/24 that had involved Ridgewood Savings Bank branch located on 74-25 Grand Avenue in Elmhurst New York. Despite the initial difficulties in resolving this problem due to a miscommunication by me, she, however, remained calm and eventually researched further on whom had rented this said box. Once she had ascertained that I and my brother, George, had rented this box, she then permitted me to open this box so I could remove the contents and therefore finally close out this box. After I had turned in the safety deposit key to her and Ms. Morrison had given me a receipt pertaining to my brother's lost key, Ms. Morrison ended a four-year long legal problem involving my mother's estate. It is because of this legal closure that I can finally rest regarding my mother's estate and get on with the rest of my life... Once again, I thank Customer Service Supervisor Jacqueline Morrison for the service she had rendered unto me, and I would recommend her to anyone needing banking services pertaining to Ridgewood Savings Bank. --Ronald G. “I must start my review with this info: I am a native New Yorker Baby Boomer who was born in Brooklyn and moved to Queens. I was introduced to bagels back in the 70's by my grandmother forward praying them home from her Manhattan job all the way to Freeport Long Island where they lived. We would be waiting up past midnight for my grandmother to walk in the house with bagels, lox, whitefish and cream cheese!! We'd have a feast that ended around 1:00 a.m. in the morning! With that said, this bagel place to see right back to those times. These are the real deal. Made the old school way. But you wouldn't know this if you were not someone familiar with a true NY bagel. The variety of bagels are amazing and the customer service is awesome. Long story short, if you are in Queens and looking for a real deal bagel whether- it's with butter or made as a sandwich this is the spot to go to... And they're open 24 hours a day 7 days a week!!”
“Generally pleased with the products that the bank offers. The customer service reps (in the branches) are friendly and knowledgeable. The Dutch Broadway location is normally crowded and doesn't have enough customer service reps. The Hempstead branch is more spacious and private.”
