“I visited this location three weeks ago regarding an issue with a check. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by a courteous associate who promptly connected me with the branch manager, Onica. She was both professional and genuinely committed to resolving my concern.

Onica involved Assistant Manager Cindy and another team member, Eva, and together they worked diligently to contact the back office. They spent a significant amount of time on the phone, demonstrating patience and persistence while communicating back and forth to find a resolution. After about an hour, they were able to confirm that a new check would be issued.

I truly appreciate the level of service I received, as well as the care I observed them extending to other customers. Their dedication and teamwork were a breath of fresh air. It was clear they treated customers with the same respect and consideration they would expect themselves.
