“I had a great experience at the T-Mobile store on Saturday, August 1st. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by the sparkling magenta entrance, and the store was clean, organized, and had a friendly atmosphere.
Solinne was the representative who helped me, and she provided excellent customer service. She helped me purchase an Apple Watch and took the time to clearly explain the Visa option and answer all of my questions. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process easy. I wanted to send a complimentary letter but I figured I would put it in this text. On April 2nd and 3rd I went up to TMobile in the Whitestone Shopping Center. I met two very valuable, kind, intelligent, helpful and kind employees. They were Vinny & Ali. These two were the best. If it's time for a raise, they deserve it too. They worked so hard to help me and they did!!!
On April 2nd, before, I went to Whitestone I went to Whitepoint Shopping Center and there was a young man, maybe Italian or Spanish, they were nasty, mean, lazy and told me they can't help me. I went to Whitestone and they helped me. If raises are coming DO NOT GIVE IT TO Whitepoint Shopping Center. Don't deserve nothing!!! Have a nice day!!!!”
“This review is long overdue. I’m not a T-mobile customer but lost my iPhone in an uber. I went into the store and Esteban was quick to help me get connected to WiFi on my laptop and track my phone down. The entire staff was supportive but Esteban M is the epitome excellence in customer service. Thank you for being a good human being. T-mobile definately has an asset in him. Grateful.

“I visited there to pay my bill in cash, I was informed that the machines were removed 2 years ago. I was assigned a niece gentlemen who reviewed my account and gave me instructions. I walked out sharing pleasantries and,but left my wallet there. I went to a nearby store and when I was about to pay, that is when I realized I did not have my wallet. This is New York! I went to my car, thinking it fell in there, I found nothing! I keep my personal items tagged, so went to my phone and saw that it was in the T-Mobile shop, I ran back thinking I left it out in the open. My wallet is a card holder and money clip style with $150 bucks cash exposed. As soon as I walked 1through the door the gentlemen that helped me shouted wallet, the manager went to a desk and handed me my wallet wrapped in sealed plastic! This is just another reason why I wouldn't switch my service no matter what the competition is offering! Thank You! Sorry I dont recall their names, hopefully this will be seen by management!”

I was very fortunate to receive superlative customer service from Mikey, one of those genuinely good persons whose warm yet professional work ethic is not motivated by self-aggrandizement or competitive recognition. All the while, he reminded me of how my Wi-Fi modem issue was as important as his schedule. He was selflessly generous with his time and knew how to listen without being judgmental. I also noticed how courteous he was with other customers who clearly did not feel rushed or disenfranchised after leaving.”
