“Gotta say, the effectiveness of Eric the manager and his father and all his other employees is incredible. Completely changed the game for my store and the quality of my livelihood. Customers seem to be satisfied with my place now and it’s thanks to the work NY uniform does in the background that nobody sees.”
“Today, I visited this Clean Rite location after having avoided it for some time due to unpleasant experiences with staff in the past. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received today.
I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel, who was incredibly helpful, kind and professional. He even went above and beyond by assisting me with my bags both into and out of the store and to my car.
The location was clean, welcoming, and the staff provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future. Thank you, Daniel, for providing such a positive experience!”
“Great laundromat only live around here for a year now. I love the service I get and the cleaness. Justo the manager is so nice kind and always keeps the store clean and always great energy”
“I’ve been using Reload Laundry for years and they have never let me down. The communication is always excellent, my clothes come back smelling fresh, and I've never had a single mistake with an order. They make a chore I used to hate completely effortless.”
“I would like to update my previous complaint regarding the drop-off laundry service at Clean Rite Center on Sutphin Blvd in Jamaica, NY.
I have been a regular customer for approximately six months, and I had been consistently unhappy with the quality of the folding and organization of my laundry. My socks were not sorted or paired, undergarments were not folded properly, and the clothes were generally folded very poorly. I also noticed that fabric softener or dryer sheets were not being used.
After my complaint, the management contacted me, apologized for the service, and acknowledged my concerns. They explained that they are going to retrain their staff to improve the quality of the wash-and-fold service. They also offered to provide my next wash-and-fold service at no charge as a gesture to address my concerns.
I appreciate the management taking my complaint seriously and making an effort to resolve the issue. I am updating my complaint to reflect their response and their commitment to improving the service.
I hope the staff training results in better and more consistent service going forward. I appreciate the apology and the effort to make things right.”

“I have lived in this neighborhood over 15 years, I only use laundromats when I fall behind , once twice a year. It was very clean and employee Yasir was absolutely awesome!!! I arrived right at last call and he didn’t turn me away, he actually helped me with my bags. He kept cleaning and keeping watch of the doors. And the dryers are still free!!!?”
“As usual, Kim cleaners always the best from dry cleaning, clothes repair (alteration) with accurate measurements. Mrs Kim always polite and friendly. This business runs for a long time. Highly recommended!”

“I must give credit where credit is due. My husband normally does our laundry but he had surgery and couldn't do it. I have a bad back and was trying to figure out how i was gonna get it done. I Googled this place and opted to give them a try based on the other reviews. WOW! Not only did the pickup and delivery option come in handy, our clothes smelled so fresh and came out so soft. Being a first time customer, i was skeptical, but not anymore. If you find yourself in a pinch and need laundry service, please call them. Pricing was responsible and my clothes were impeccably folded and cleaned. I will definitely be using them again. 😁”

The staff at Cypress Fresh went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through the process and answering all my questions. They took the time to understand my specific laundry needs and provided personalized recommendations. The attention to detail at Cypress Fresh is truly commendable. The facility is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The washing machines and dryers are modern and efficient, ensuring that my clothes were cleaned and dried to perfection. One of the standout features of Cypress Fresh is their reliable wash and fold drop off service. As a busy professional, I don't always have the time to do my laundry. Cypress Fresh made it incredibly convenient for me to drop off my laundry and have it returned to me clean, folded, and ready to wear. The quality of the wash and fold service was outstanding, with each garment meticulously folded and packaged.I can confidently say that Cypress Fresh Laundromat has set the bar high when it comes to customer service, attention to detail, and reliable wash and fold service. “Used this laundry service for my three years living in NYC. The owner and the staff are genuinely amazing people.
When I was pregnant they’d go out of their way to carry my bags in and out for me because they didn’t think I should carry the bags while pregnant.
When my spouse was busy with the military they would do the same. Overtime they became friends to me, and I genuinely enjoyed seeing them each week.
The owner even helped me out with landlord issues when I moved out of the city. When they made mistakes which was very seldom they were honest and went out of their way to fix them. Both times in 3 years noticing the mistakes before I even did! Highly recommend this service to anyone. Especially if you want an honest reliable company you can trust!”

“I love going there to drop off my clothes because they fold everything so nicely, and the customer service is excellent. Lourdes and Karina are very kind and always greet you with a smile.”
“Amazing service, and very clean location and machines (that is a HUGE deal considering how dirty and stinky people and other facilities are in the area)! Huge shout out to Carlos and Troy; they are so lovely, answer all questions and go out of their way to help. They also constantly clean the machines, floor and spaces while we are there laundering, so we can see how much they value their work and appreciate the service they provide to others.
Machines are practically new, in excellent working order and keep my clothes fresh. I've never had an issue here; and it is so refreshing to see such a great team of employees being respectful and doing a great job. I recommend this location for its long hours, great service and clean facility. Keep up the amazing job, guys!!”

“Best dry cleaner and alteration in the Forest Hills neighborhood. Was originally with another dry cleaner for 10+ years until ownership change and was recommended Manny’s from word of mouth. Good service, quick turnaround, and attention to detail.”
“Fast, courteous, professional & prompt for their pick-up laundry service. The wash, dry & fold was outstanding! It's rare a company meets or exceeds expectations, however WashUp RVC greatly exceeded my expectaions. I never thought laundry would demontrate excellence, but Ed & WasUp RVC deliver! I absolutely, positively highly recommend WashUp RVC! AS”

“This laundromat has new, modern, and powerful machines so get good washes and drying. The place is always clean too, only drawback is that it’s a bit narrow and tight in there especially when it’s busy.
However, the best aspect of their business is Carolina who is one of the most authentic, gracious, and diligent persons I’ve met. She’s the reason I keep coming to this laundromat even though there is one closer to me. I started coming here because of the grand opening promotion but great staff and service is hard to come by in really ant industry, especially after Covid.
This is a good business but good businesses are made up of good staff.”
“I've been a customer of Spectrum Suds since 2015 and couldn't be happier with their service. They are super reliable and communicative and I love the new app!”
“Great laundromat! Everything is clean, the machines work well, and the place is well maintained. Mr. O provides excellent customer service and is always friendly, helpful, and respectful. He really makes the experience much better. I definitely recommend this laundromat!”
