“Call ahead on Friday, then pick up your delicious lunch order on Saturday! Great reason to take a trip to the hamlet of Highland to enjoy its shops, bars, restaurants, local natural sights, & hiking trails! Pictured here is an order of beef over rice, perfectly seasoned in a mildly spicy experience. The salad & rice cleanse the palate in a healthful & refreshing way. Only complaint is the overly generous offering of tahini (sesame sauce) in a non-leak-resistant container; had I traveled a longer distance before enjoying my lunch, the sauce probably would've leaked all over the contents of the bag.”
“Stopped by Cedar Street Deli to give Akram his Best of Ulster stickers. Cedar Street was voted best chopped cheese in Ulster a few months back. Cedar Street is such a hidden gem. Chicken wings and fish breaded in house never frozen. Lamb over rice, over fries, over salad, over anything you want. House made white sauce is the perfect condiment on anything. Keep up the good work Akram.”
“Nothing to say other than top notch service and care. They give you so much meat in the sandwiches to the point you think you’re stealing. ? Love the family essence of the store… everything is wonderful. If you get the chance to visit while their local homegrown tomatoes are being harvested.. you will never want any tomato other than theirs!!

“I travel alot and my stops are always stewarts in different areas for coffee,snack and to use the bathroom . This shop the manager Donna is always so nice and every one of the staff greets me as soon as the door opens. It's so nice makes me smile. Then the coffee is always fresh and my boyfriend appreciates that then last is the bathroom, it is the cleanest so far in any stewarts even the new ones. So thank you very much fir your service.”
“My favorite sandwich combo is pepperoni, muenster, lettuce, & tomato w/ a little bit of mayo. Also, for much of 2023 & '24 thus far, I've been helping Dimpi's move its old stock of Bud Light bottles & cans. This might be due to a politically motivated "boycott" of Bud products. Apparently, some fragile little men regard other people's gender identity as an affront to their existence. It's one of the latest "moral" panics!”

“I'm in 4 different Stewart's shops a day. Great coffee, ice cream and pizza. But the nicest Stewart's employees of any shop I've been in are off route 28 in the Stewart's shop in Hurley NY.
Always friendly faces, very helpful, very pleasant... If I had to work I'm a Stewart's shop, this would be the location I'd choose”

“Very busy place. Lots of gas pumps. Reasonable selection of food for a typical convenience store. There is a Dunkin Donuts inside as well as a drive thru. Store is clean and well staffed. Would be 5 stars if not for the high gas prices compared to other stations. It is 1/4 mile off of the Taconic Pkwy.”

1. I know how hard my staff and I work to deliver exceptional customer experiences and create a sense of community for the people we serve. 2. Whether you are a 3 times a day regular customer or pass through once in a while or once a week, we strive to offer what you are craving, make you feel valued and leave in a better mood wanting to come back.
3. We take great pride in our friendliness, cleanliness, as well as consistency and value in the products we serve.
In other words, I believe we SUCCEED WILDLY in the variables we can control.
With that being said, there is always room for improvement and occasionally we may miss the mark or fail to deliver on our promises. We may be out of stock of your favorite product. Rarely, you may have a poor customer experience. On those days have some of our delicious ice cream or high quality coffee, I guarantee it will immediately improve those off days.
EVEN BETTER, have it on me. If you take the time to speak with me or my assistant manager Theresa and offer us an opportunity to improve your next experience. Give us the chance to either win you over or restore your trust and I will buy your next coffee or scoop of ice cream.
Hall of Fame Baseball Players succeed 1 out of every 3 trips to the plate. Weather-People are right less than that. I KNOW we succeed far more often than that and am confident we hit far more home runs than we have strike outs.

“This is my go-to pharmacy for all of my pharmaceutical requirements. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I never wait very long. Probably because I visit on off peak hours. After or before lunch, before dinner or towards pharmacy closing time. CVS coupons are the real deal, so make sure you sign up for the CVS card. You often just get money for your purchases, just by shopping there. They're slightly high priced on many things but that's offset by the legit useful coupons.”

“Stopped by this gas station on a trip back from upstate NY for a pleasant surprise. The gas station is tied to a mom and pop styled deli with fresh cut meat and sandwiches, at great prices. Wish I had a deli like this close to my house.”
