Not a very busy store, in a large mall. There are a lot of knowledgeable staff who really want to help you. The visit was very pleasant and quick. I didn't need to plan the apoitment in advance. Everything was in stock. Highly recommend.Thank you!

Worst customer service ever. Avoid this store at all costs. They have no idea how to assist customers. Apple Store at Menlo Park mall 100 times better. They were able to assist me with my order, quick and easy, as to Apple Store in Staten Island mall was useless, waste of time.

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had in my lifetime and trust me. I’ve been an Apple fanboy for a while, but this is gone way too far from the Apple advisor of the AppleCare over the phone to down to the Apple advisor in the store to the manager the worst experience I’ve ever had at this store, and I don’t not care Anymore I’m gonna open my mouth about how I was treated. Yes they treated me respectfully I get it which it was nice but at the end of the day if you have AppleCare and the AppleCare advisor over the phone tells you to go to the store that your item keep it replaced at the store and then the store is telling me something completely different then of course at the end of the day guess what Someone lied to me I drove over an hour away one way and an hour away coming back plus a $17 tolls. This is crazy I’m over it. Then when I called Apple, they didn’t wanna help me out because my unit is damaged but I told him that from the beginning, so what am I supposed to do now?

Is there still such a service now? If you want to buy a mobile phone case, you have to queue for 20 minutes? Are all the employees standing inside useless people? so many people? Even if I pay, I have to wait 20 minutes. Now Apple doesn’t even manage this. Why hire so many people? Disappointed!

This is the Apple store with the worst service I've ever been to. I had already registered, but the staff here didn’t enter it properly, so the people who came after me were faster than me. I just wanted to pay to buy some accessories, but they asked me to queue up again!

The only physical store that is very uncomfortable and a very bad experience. The thing is like this. I wanted to buy a mobile phone case and other accessories for about 300. They said they would have to queue for about 10 minutes and asked me for my name. I waited for 20 I asked them a few minutes later and they said my name was not in the queue at all. I just wanted to pay, but the staff was chatting and didn't help with the checkout? Is this kind of service system Apple's main business now? Or is it discriminating against us? Do I need to wait more than 30 minutes to check out? Very bad. . P.S. I live in this area and will never go to this store in the future. I have basically never had this problem in the city. I have to wait for more than 30 minutes to check out. Hahahaha, ridiculous!

Bad experience today. Horrible waiting time!We walked in the store and checked in with the guy at 1:15 pm today- he promised waiting time 25 minutes-After 25 minutes- the lady’s told us that “they put us at 2:00 pm to reserve the phone”… okay….At 2:00 we were seeing that some apple service representatives start leaving to lunch break- -Ok…At 2:15 still waiting…..no one even bother to say - sorry for delay.!Only at 2:25 pm they took us- (total 1 hour and 10 minutes)My question- what is the point to for the first guy to tell us that the waiting time is 25 minutes?????You need to improve you waiting time guys!

Apple is good at selling but useless if you have an issue with their product. My MacBook Pro 2019 screen went completely black all of sudden. Still have apple care so scheduled a diagnostic right away. Well, there is no diagnostic in store except for trying to press shift+ctrl+opt+power buttons simultaneously. obviously, nothing happened. The rep offered me to ship my computer to their repair facility and fix whatever the issue was for 5-7 days)) no guarantee the data will be saved. I said no and went to the local repair service instead. the guy was able to get the job done within 20 minutes. It turned out to be just dust. He said to bring it in for a check up every 6 months or so to avoid this problem because the newer MacBooks are prone to dust issues((

The store is cool however the experience wasn't what I was expecting. It felt like the apple employees tried to force me to update to transfer data and force me to do an iCloud back up when i didn't want to. I work for T-Mobile and I do transfers all day long. I hate the fact they try to force those things upon you. Joe was cool but there was two other woman who were not. There was this greeter and (Curlene) at the transfer table they need to learn better customer service.

We had to wait for a specialist for 40 minutes just to purchase a new phone. There were a lot of advisors doing nothing around the store but nobody could give us the new phone. We were surprised as we did not expect an Apple store to not be efficient.

Mark was amazing at helping me clean out and trade in my old computer. He communicated everything so clearly and had me in and out as quickly as he could. I had a great experience here today.
