“I decided to get a last minute blow out so I called to see if I needed an appointment and they told me to just walk in. I walked in and was greeted and taken immediately. I got a really nice hair wash with a hot oil treatment and a much needed neck and back massage. I felt sooo relaxed and the hot oil treatment definitley made a huge difference. After that I received the best blow out that I have ever gotten! My hair blow out so easily and i asked for a bouncy blow out with not too much volume on the top and it took about 10 mins. I have very thick curly hair. I loved this place. I will definitely be going back and also THE PRICE IS RIGHT. 25 DOLLAR BLOW OUTS. WHAT. AMAZING.”

“I have been banking here for years. I was waiting for a loan officer and a new employee, came up to me while I was waiting. I knew it was a new employee because you know all employees, if you come in here as often as I do. The gentleman was so pleasant and I asked him if he was new, he said No not to Citibank but to the Branch he was. He told me he was the new Branch Manager . I was so surprised because I've never had a Branch manager come out of their "office" to even socialize. I thought this was the most nicest gesture....to introduce himself and make himself known, he was truly personable. The tellers are all friendly, sometimes it does get busy but mainly I think they are shortstaff during their peek hours. Anyway, I think we will see good changes, positive ones. By the way, I know all the employees but never knew who the past Branch Manager was....I guess they were busy in their "office". Good luck to the New Branch Manager.”

“There was four woman at the windows which made the line go by very quickly. It was a little crowded but I had no problems walking into Atm . Everyone was wearing a mask. It looked so clean in there. It was nice interacting with the staff there.They have the drive-through open as well.”

“I was able to withdraw cash using Citibank atm.I was not charged any fees. This was located on the right side after you enter into 7-eleven. There was a notice at the bottom of the ATM machine that says that machine might be charged, but was charged none.”

My father has got stuck in the drive thru area as well and damaged his rims on the car. This area is inconvenient to use and is in need to get reconstructed.”
