The bank hours need to have one night at least for people busy and need that service. 5 pm is the busiest time. People have to rush through rush hr traffic to get there”

“For the life of me I have not a clue why this Chase is not a five star company. I have both a business account there as well as a normal checking account. Every last banker there legitimately wants to help you. Personally, I prefer to deal with the gentleman who you will see to your immediate left when you enter the building. He is super friendly and truly cares about his clients. I have one critique!! The ATM machines can be slow at times. Otherwise I believe this to be the best Chase in Staten Island.”
