They take their time with the vehicle but it's absolutely worth the wait!! Awesome job with a large truck black in color! looks amazing mint like brand new! Attention to detail was paid and id wait just as long again next time no problem best job at a hand wash I've experienced on staten island.

Best car was I've ever been to. They take their time with each vehicle. They pay attention to the details, from the exterior to the full details. I used to go to a car wash that would zip you through in 2 minutes. This place spends ~30 minutes on each car. Owner is super friendly and works just as hard as his employees. This is my permanent spot even though I have to pay the toll of crossing the Bayonne Bridge. A+++Thank you!

Price: $250+tipBooking: super easy and flexibleCustomer service: limited, I tried explaining that the car has two trucks and for them to clean it as well and they didn't, as you you can see from the pictures. I felt rushed out and away. The car is glistening but it's a little greasy on the inside - wiping it away seemed to solve the issue. They also missed a few spots and didn't put back any of my liners so I had to do that myself.Overall my car is clean and it smells amazing but I would've loved it if I didn't have to do extra stuff and the trunks were actually cleaned.Tdlr. Pro: IMO price is reasonable, car smells good, easy transaction. Con: didn't clean the trunks and compartments and I had to place the liners back myself which took about 10-15min.

It's official, Bertin car detailing had to pay $1000,85. To replace the window the destroyed while doing an detailing on my car. I don't know why I had to go to small claims court, for him doing the right thing after his crew caused damage to my car window, but I have been paid in full and I certainly do not recommend this business for any type of car detailing work. Please be careful because if he had made me go to small claims court for him to pay for the damages that he caused to my vehicle. Then you're probably going to have to do the same thing if they cause damage to your vehicle. Good Luck.

Hey guys, so I needed to get my car detailed, so I've looked around for a while and ran into this spot on Rector, a place called Bertin this place is one of the best place out here on Staten Island these guy buffed out and waxed my it looks brand new I'm very happy with the job they have done I will definitely go back and the prices are great as well ya dig. I really recommend this to anyone and everyone who loves their vehicles to look it best.
