Bertin Auto Detailing

Car Wash , Auto Detailing
Hours: Bertin Auto Detailing is a business located, most likely, on Staten Island. They are known for taking their time with each vehicle and paying attention to the details, both on the exterior and interior. One customer mentioned that their large black truck now looks "mint like brand new" after being serviced by Bertin Auto Detailing. The owner and employees are described as friendly and hardworking. However, there were some areas for improvement mentioned. One customer felt rushed during the process and had to wipe away some grease from the interior. Additionally, another customer mentioned that the trunks and compartments were not cleaned and they had to place the liners back themselves, which took an additional 10-15 minutes. The price is considered reasonable by one customer, and the transaction process is described as easy. The business also received positive comments about the final result, with customers noting that their vehicles smelled amazing and were clean. Overall, Bertin Auto Detailing is a business that puts effort into detail and leaves customers with a clean and pleasant-smelling vehicle, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and completing all requested tasks.
