Vanessa at customer service was very helpful, entertaining and friendly & I just felt inclined to show my appreciation for that. It's rare to get such amazing customer service nowadays & I hope Best Buy appreciates her as much as I did in our brief interaction.

I went to the Best Buy on Staten Island to purchase a refrigerator one morning around 10 AM. I returned around 1 PM same day to cancel order (Made purchase in cash) they told me they had no money in the register to give me cash back. I had to go online and cancel order and still waiting for a check two weeks later ……what a Mickey Mouse operation.

I went here to buy a pair of headphones the other day and the box was open, but no security device attached to it like the rest of the headphones and it was the last one so when it’s open that means it’s open box somebody must’ve returned it they put it right back on the shelf. They wanted to charge me full price, now I come to pick up another item today and this box is open and damaged. I hope this thing works. They need to pay attention and handle the packages with Care. I’m not understanding how these things could be open. They should charge open box price unless they’re doing something deliberately in the back. I returned the product. It had a box cutter knife mark on it so it was a return product or they opened it to damage it. I wouldn’t trust these people.

Worst customer service. Old lady at customer service is very rude to talk. Treat clients like begger and she is owner of store. Store manager whoever he is, just watch from far apart but never come forward to talk. Everytime, staff walk over to him for the query's. Not sure what is problem. Make judgements before understanding the order issue. And then blame everything over system operations. Will not recommend it to any one.

I recently bought a computer here while the black Friday sales are going on. There return policy is extra generous to January 13, 2024. There were hardly any sales personnel nor many customers in the store considering the sales event. I'm afraid that Best Buy might close as people are buying electronic equipment on line or stores like Costco and BJs.

do you know why brick and mortar stores are going out of business? they keep nothing in stock. on monday, i went to this store to purchase an amazon fire tablet for $170. they had none in stock of this brand as well as every other brand. besides the cashier and the security guy at the front door, there was basically no employees in the rest of the store. i went home and went online on thursday to purchase it and found a "black friday" sale for this item for $120. does best buy realize that some people still go to stores to buy things. does best buy realize that even though thanksgiving is still a week away, there are people christmas shopping live and in person? does best buy realize that by me waiting three days they lost $60 i was prepared to give to them? when they are on the news crying once again about they are losing money during the christmas season, think about this review and say to yourself "whose fault is it that they are losing money or not making what they expected. thank you for reading this review.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom, Lillian Larsen. She recently purchased a refrigerator and freezer. Wendy, the salesperson that took care of her was excellent and demonstrated great guest relations. She certainly knows her job. Mykhaylo Vodoviz (Mike) the consultant that did the measurements at her home also demonstrated excellent guest relations. He was on time, knew what he was doing and worked efficiently. The delivery guys were also wonderful, and she is sending in a positive review for them as well. They all worked very well together, and mom has nothing but praise for them. She was satisfied with the whole Best Buy experience and will definitely recommend Best Buy because of those 4 people.

Best Buy... used to be good, not anymore. Poorly run. When you lucky enough to catch a sales person and ask any question about any device or appliance poor employee just stare at the product label, reach out for the phone to google up. Yep. This is why I come to live store to see poor inexperienced boy or girl scrambling for google. Spent about 15 minutes wandering TV section with no one in sight even to ask for help. Guess will go somewhere else for TV purchase. Oh... my major appliance delivery takes a month and a half. Uhhh.. that's great

Needed a new mouse for Aria Exterior Cleanings office and was able to get it the same day. Big plus for having a great selection on display so that I could choose the one that was most comfortable.

Had great experience at the store but having super terrible experience with customer service reps and technicians Once you have a problem with there product you are on your own. That was the last respond I got from a friendly phone rep. I will not buy anything in best buy any longer

Went for a camera. Three models on display- just a long empty shelf where cameras might have been. Was there for 20 minutes and saw only one sales rep - in TV section that was talking to a customer. I went to get some advice and look at some options but ended up at Target. At least they had a rep to unlock the case and check me out.
