They have a lot to choose from and are getting better by the visit. Customers recommend using the price match to save money and support the brick and mortar store. However, they do not have everything anymore, with some noting there is no car audio department. The service can be quick, but the store sometimes seems understaffed. Staff are often busy and do not always approach to help, so it is best to go in with your own knowledge.

I’ve been going to this store on occasion for over a decade and have never really had a bad experience, as far as I can remember. Buying electronics, recycling them, all fairly straightforward. The people are generally helpful and make an effort to help when I communicate what I need.

Excellent place to check our TV's if you go to the Best Buy in the SI Mall, and want a TV, you gotta ask for Nick he is the TV Guru! I learned soooo much about 4k, 8k and RGB TV's from him!
