USA messed up their meat and only places left to eat healthy beef are expensive restaurants and butchers shops like this one.”

“We ordered a filet mignon roast for the holidays and it was fantastic. It was trimmed beautifully and Mike wrapped it in bacon for us. We actually wound up with 2 roasts. All of our guests said it was the best steak they ever had. Will definitely be ordering again and the price was so reasonable. Can‘t wait to try their other meats.”
“Definitely one of my favorite butcher shops that still like an old school butcher shop where you can get what you want when you want it how you want it, also a great spot for Spanish products in particular Mexican spices, dried chilis and other ingredients that you may not find in a gringo Market! I love the guys at the counter very old school just like the butcher shops that grow up working in and shopping at.
Hopefully this place will be there forever, these types of butcher shops really aren't plentiful anymore. Everything now is pre-packaged cryovac nonsense.”
“Awesome variety of cold antipast and hot food to go (pastas, stuffed peppers, cutlets, etc.). A lot of pre made food options (sauces, soups, etc.), as well as the standard cold cuts and Italian bread, cookies, and market grocery items (drinks, condiments, canned goods, produce, fish-even live lobsters). Clean, staff is very attentive, my go to place.”

What started as a simple trip to the dry cleaners in Woodrow Plaza took a hard left after I picked up my clothes and stopped into Supreme Meats for this absolute behemoth.
I frequent Supreme Meats in the summertime for their barbecue package (phenomenal, by the way). Or if I’m making Sunday sauce and need fresh mozzarella, marinated mushrooms, or some proper Italian bread. Their products are always spot on.
But one day I decided to pivot to the deli counter and order a chicken cutlet hero… and man, was I impressed.
I’m convinced they’re using Bell & Evans chicken cutlets. I’m not sure how they fry them, but they are perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Not those nonsense deli cutlets where you feel like you’re chewing on rubber.
I’ve ordered this sandwich in several different variations and somehow it’s always $12. I don’t know how they’re doing it, but it’s one hell of a value. This thing is huge. I’m not sure the pictures even do it justice. When they hand it to me, I want to tuck it under my arm, stiff-arm the person in front of me, and go barreling out the door like Joe Namath. I can’t get home fast enough to eat it.
It’s way too much for one person… but I’m a savage, and honestly, it’s worth the stomachache afterward.
The guys behind the counter are artists. The sandwich doesn’t fall apart. It’s built properly. You can tell they actually care about what they’re doing.
This time around I went with fried chicken cutlet, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I should’ve told them to throw some oil and vinegar on there… but there’s always next time.”
“First of all , I am greeted by the employees ( Cashiers ) with a Hello ... The deli department Supervisor & Staff always have recommendations to myself & others ... Their is a wide range of products and items are always fresh ... Store is cleaned and fully stocked ... Their is more positive to say but dont want to bore you hahaha ..
