“Amazing car wash! I went today at around 4:15 and was in a bit of a rush. I spoke with Javier and explained the situation to him and what I needed, which was a full car wash and inside cleaning. He broke down the three packages they offered and I selected the middle one, which was $50 and included a wax spray and a free air freshener. Javier was great and said he would work with me to get me in and out within 30-40 mins. The car wash was busy but Javier did his best and was meticulous with the cleaning. Not only did he help clean but he inspected as others were cleaning as well. I badly needed a car wash and considering that it was rushed he did a close to perfect job! I will definitely be back. I will add that they vigorously vacuum so if anything is on the floor of your car, you may not get it back as it may get caught in the vacuum. Also pay cash if possible, as you pay tax when using a card.”

They did a paint correction and ceramic coating for my car a few weeks after I got it, and now I just go to get maintenance washes every 2ish weeks. Car looks great everytime”

“Found a 2500 Suburban 4x4 on eBay, If anybody knows anything about these particular platforms, then you should know that it's a very sought after truck, and it's very very hard to find one in good condition for a reasonable price. I already had my apprehensions about buying online unseen, but after just one conversation on the phone with Isaac, all my worries went away. Isaac was very honest, very forthcoming, and great with communication. He fixed critical things on the truck before he sold it to me, and threw in a set of new tires. Just the work and the tires he did on my truck would have been 2K or more at any shop. Did not add it to the cost of my vehicle.
I have finally found the platform I have been looking for That wasn't ridiculously overpriced, and it is in good shape, with lower miles.
Anyone buying a vehicle online that is 1,100 mi away from you knows the worries, again, don't worry about family Auto, They did everything exactly the way they said they were going to do.
Even after we had some issues with shipping, through no fault of Family Auto, my shipping portion was handled by eBay, however FYI, family auto has a network of transporter brokers to ship your car wherever you need it so if you're buying a vehicle from them off of eBay, I would let Isaac handle the shipping. Not saying eBay can't do it, there was just a few bumps here and there that made it a little bit longer than it should have. Again, not family autos fault.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Isaac and Family Auto.

“I have a labrador retrieved and his hair sticks like porkipine on the seats. During years it’s been impossible to get rid of the hair. I have never been to a place that has done this AMAZING JOB on a “basic” car wash !!!. The car looks new inside. I was IMPRESSED with the kind of job they do.I was hesitant to come because of the reviews from 2 yrs ago I read about only dealing with high end cars. I gotta say they do deal with high end cars but they do just as good of a job regardless of who you are or what kind of car you have. I would 100% recommend them.They don’t have set prices because it also depends the kind of work they have to put into cleaning it. I know removing all that hair did not equal the price of a regular car wash. So be mindful when u take ur car how damage or dirty or how long has it been since you cleaned it or what year is it… it does matter. But, they remove the stains on the seats… I mean I could go on and on about how much of an incredible job these people do.Jerry is amazing, he owes the place and treats everyone with respect. The only worker I spoke to was Carlos and he was very detailed and made sure my car was up to part at the time it was done.They deserve an amazing review and if I could give them 6 stars I would.Thank you guys!!!Services: Vacuuming”
“Best car wash on the island hands down! A little pricy. But you get your moneys worth! They Pay attention to detail and your concerns. My car literally looked brand new. But this place ain’t for someone who is in a rush. And you shouldn’t go to a car wash that’s in a rush to begin with or you’ll end up getting one like my last review.”

I had a fantastic experience at this car wash. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They worked quickly but carefully, and the results were impressive—my car looked spotless inside and out. The vacuuming was thorough, the windows were streak-free, and even tough spots on the exterior came out looking new.
