Worst bank and customer service ever. This location is completely useless, they can’t do anything besides deposits and withdrawals. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Worse of the worse customer service have been experienced. Banker Larissa Kim refused to help even through we have appointment! She is totally rude and unprofessional. I would give 0 stars if I would.
