Usually, there’s a lot of people and the wait like is slow. It depends on the time that you go but there’s always people at the register or at the isles. Overall, it’s clean and items are stocked. When I go to the pharmacy, they greet me and in the front of the register as well. Sometimes they greet you and sometimes they don’t. I don’t have an issue at this store. I do hope that there’s more employees available.

All of the cold and cough medicine is locked, and I had to wait 15- 20 minutes just to have someone come open the glass to give me a Dayquill. That's after I rang the customer service bell multiple times and then had to go tell the store employees to open the case. They had the audacity to give me and my wife an attitude when they were the ones failing at their jobs. The employee checked us out in a rush while huffing, and then she slammed the register shut after handing us our receipt. Maybe don't lock the medicine behind glass if you're incapable of walking down the aisle and unlocking the case for the customers. Multiple customer service requests could be heard on the speaker system, and they did not do any of them until I said something. Horrible attitude and horrible customer service.

The blonde lady that works here is always so nasty. She always complains when I come to drop off or pick up a UPS package. She told me today that my package from Amazon was “too big”. She also said she wouldn’t be able to take it “today” anyway because she’s not taking anymore packages today? You can take it and leave it behind the counter until tomorrow. I think she’s just lazy. All Amazon says is “UPS Drop Off location” not “CVS won’t take big packages.” As someone who has worked customer service my whole life, she needs to learn how to do it. I’ve also seen her on her phone before while there’s a line.

A company that’s been around for so long be run so poorly. There’s usually like two people working, lines always long. Oh and they are a rip off, charging $6 for Cheetos lol

I placed a photo pick up order online. Received a message the photos magnets were ready. Went to pick them up the next day and was told the photos are not ready because they did not have magnets and the magnets will be there tomorrow. The next day I call at 10 AM to confirm the order was ready. They told me it will be ready in an hour. I called back Five hours later and the order was still not ready. I told the person I spoke to that I will be there by 5:30 and needs to be ready by then and he said it will be. I showed up to pick up my photo magnets with my kids, which was inconvenient and I was ready and I could wait 20 more minutes. I walked out. The following day, my husband picked up the photos and they were blurry. I went back the next day after calling CVS online and requested a refund. I dropped them off and got my money back. The man that I spoke to was unprofessional and didn’t seem to be diligent about doing his job. However, the lady that helped me with my return was very kind and supportive. The lady that was very nice.
