“I brought my desktop to the shop on Black Friday didn’t even expect the shop to be open. Gave a brief description of my issue “ pc would boot up but had no display” I assumed it was a cpu issue. But to my amazement they were able to find the issue three hours later. Faulty motherboard, was shocked at how quickly they were able to find the issue. After discussions over the next best course of action came to the agreement of replacing the motherboard at a fair and reasonable price. I was given multiple different options and always felt I was kept in the loop on what was happening with my pc with constant pictures and text updates. 10/10 will be returning with any and all pc issues I have going forward.”
