Carolyn went above and beyond when I showed up at FedEx right at closing, unprepared with multiple returns. She was kind, patient, and stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of. This new location is smaller but very clean and well-organized. It’s out of my way, but I will definitely come back!

First time there it was busy and only kne person st the counter wasting time. I hate when employees are trying to sell something or have big conversations. Keep it moving when it's busy. So glad they had a do it yourself scanner. The whole box for packages was full though.
