I think it is absolutely awesome that they have started accepting Amazon returns here! It makes the whole process so convenient, especially since there are typically very short lines, allowing you to get in and out quickly. Beyond their great shipping and return services, I was also impressed to find out that they are very well priced for lamination. A wonderfully stress-free experience all around!”
“I arrived at exactly 5pm on the dot on 5/2/26. Matt was at the door. He saw me carrying a heavy box (dining table) to drop off with QR code. He was kind and let me return so that I won’t have to bring it back home. Another staff scanned and took my drop off in 30 seconds!!!

“Small office but people there are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There is no parking in front of it, so most likely you'll have to walk some distance from wherever you'll park the car, and the street is filled with "No Standing" and "No Parking" signs so if you're driving - you better leave someone inside the car who can move it without you or just ask someone else to drive you to this office.”
“Cindy is great! I had to mail a return and she taped up my box and gave me the cheapest option (which is what I asked for). In and out in 5 minutes. Plenty of parking in the front and back. Will definitely go here again. They ship USPS and FedEx so she found the best rate for me.”

The gentleman at the desk was friendly and courteous and printed the label for me unlike UPS and guaranteed delivery by tomorrow. Thank you FedEx!”

“Line is out the door and a worker asked if anyone had pre-paid packages. I had an oversized pre paid package and I’m glad someone tried to resolve the easy requests to clean up the line. I would’ve wasted an extra 30 minutes easy just waiting for a 5 second scanning process. I’ve been to many other USPS stores and it’s frustrating waiting in line because the easy requests are not expedited. 5 stars for the worker taking initiative and saving me time”

“I wasn’t familiar with using postal services in the US, and the staff were really helpful every time. They taught me everything I needed to know.
I took off one star because, while I was waiting at home for an important package holding phone in my hand… and they never contacted me and just left a notice. I lost a day and used to go there…
Also, the business hours are different from what’s listed. I suggested an update to Google, but I’m not sure when it will be approved (see screenshot made 11/13/‘24, source - usps.com).
