I found the tracking # and not only did they deliver my package the same day, they spent a long time helping me with a transaction that happened two months ago. “Small office but people there are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There is no parking in front of it, so most likely you'll have to walk some distance from wherever you'll park the car, and the street is filled with "No Standing" and "No Parking" signs so if you're driving - you better leave someone inside the car who can move it without you or just ask someone else to drive you to this office.”

“Excellent customer service! I’m embarrassed with myself that I was ready to blame the USPS for a package that was said to be out for delivery but never showed up. When I called customer service I realized it was all my fault because I had put in a wrong address when I placed the order with the company that was sending me their product. What amazed me the most is I read some of these reviews and was thinking when I had to go in face to face I was going to be met with ppl with a bad attitude, instead I got someone who went above and beyond. She was great. I should have gotten her name. She even followed up like she said she would the following day.Even when I had to be redirected to the Manor rd. location the supervisor there was awesome! I picked up my package hassle free. The customer care over the phone was awesome as well. When I mean top notched customer service. I’m still surprised. I was ready to praise FedEx and UPS over them but they’re just as great. Very trustworthy too. If they were ever bad they must have improved because I didn’t see anything negative. Don’t sleep on the United States Postal Service at all.”

“Did my passport renewal here , is good that if you do you have form fill out, will save you time, the person that did it, was fast just that the computer couldn’t keep up with him, pictures took longer than expected , cost 15 dollars, if you can take out , do that , we took even longer cause of that. Overall everything was fine . Make your appointment !”
