We needed to order on line as we live out of town. I also had to call to make a correction and customer service was excellent. “At a time when it mattered most my friends, and I wanted to cheer up our friend after losing her mom after checking the funeral homes selections they were outrageously priced and nothing really spoke to us… I found Sam Gregorio‘s and they had the most beautiful arrangement w peach colored roses in all different shades and other perfectly paired delicate flowers with a beautiful glass cross in a basket but a nice basket. It was stunning. It did not disappoint and it cheered up our friend. She took them home with her, so thank you for going the extra mile to make sure they were even better than the photo. Highly recommend.”

The flowers were colorful, fresh, and beautifully designed. I even called the florist to personally thank Stephanie, the person that created them. Call me a weirdo, but our conversation actually brought tears to my eyes — it means so much when someone goes above and beyond to make a customer happy. I was bringing the arrangement to the restaurant and happened to run into my friend while walking down the street, bouquet in hand. Her surprise — the smiling, giggling reaction — was absolutely priceless. The flowers looked gorgeous on the table, and she truly loved them. Two days later, she sent me a photo showing even more blooms opening, with her birthday cards surrounding the bouquet. Needless to say, they were a hit. “ABOVE & BEYOND! This company has just found a repeat customer with my family. We ordered Mothers Day flowers and a personalized card. Somehow the card wasn’t delivered. I reached out to the company and within minutes received a text promising to correct the error. The person sending this text was as sweet and apologetic as can be! They did go back that very same day. The driver was also super sweet and apologetic and also gave my MIL a box of candy. In today’s world, you don’t see enough customer service like this. My family thanks you again for the gorgeous flowers and for caring about families that can’t be together on such occasions due to distance. Much love and respect to you.”
