“We stayed at the Navy Lodge on Staten Island over New Year’s and had a very positive experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything in the hotel was well organized and exactly as expected.
Unfortunately, during our stay both of our daughters became sick, which forced us to leave one day earlier than planned. This situation was stressful for us as a family, but Mr. Vijay Vasani, General Manager of the Navy Lodge, handled it with great understanding and professionalism.
At first, we discussed the situation, and shortly after Mr. Vasani reassured us that there would be a solution. He personally made sure that we were able to check out one night earlier and even arranged a refund for that unused night. He also encouraged us to return at a later time, when the weather is warmer and our family can fully enjoy the stay.
This kind of personal support, flexibility, and genuine care for guests is not something you experience everywhere. We are truly grateful for his help and the way he treated our family during an unexpected situation.

“Check-in was a bit unorganized, as we had to enter through the lounge rather than the main doors. Once settled, everything improved. The rooms were very nice—clean, comfortable, and with great beds. Lorenzo restaurant and bar area were convenient, welcoming. Javier at the bar offered good service, even when busy making it an enjoyable place to relax.”

“This location has been renovated,breakfast is great very clean ..staff is very eager and always look to resolve any inconvienancr that may come up.

Rooms: Rooms specially the beds arecomfortable.linens are very clean.if you left your toiletries at home is okay hotel provides quality products. Last but not least plenty of towels.

Safety: I felt very safe and secure.very quiet street slight traffic but nothing to lose sleep over.

Food & drinks: Drinks free apple,orange juice coffee.excellent sitting area for breakfast clean comfy. Snacks available 24 hours reasonable price.”
