“Doing laundry during a heat wave is not for the weak of heart. The locations on Forest Avenue had an electrical line fire out in front on the Avenue and was inaccessible. Port Richmond Avenue electricity was out and this location came through in the clutch. The bathroom left me astonished as to how clean it was. Straightforward, no frills. With A/C. “Neatly is excellent. Very easy to request pick up over the phone. Drivers pick up and if I won't be home , I leave it outside and there are no problems. They are very nice and polite. The clothing is packed so neatly (as in the name). Socks and underwear are separated from other clothes and packed in their own plastic bags. It is so easy to put everything away. Close our clean and smell good.But you can choose the option of no scent if you prefer. Easy to pay via text , they send you. The text communication is also excellent. As to when they will be picking up and when they will be delivering.”

“The owners here are wonderful, family owned & operated and they really care about their service & customers. Everything went so smooth from beginning to end. The pricing is fabulous ? best on the island, also the work is A+ quality I brought in MTA Work uniforms that were HUGE to say the least and the woman took in the 4 different shirts & helped sew buttons on pants My items were ready for pick up fast within 1 weeks time which actually she was done faster then that haha. I truly enjoyed the way they took care of my items and here's my thank you ? “I recently stopped by Amboy Cleaners for their tailoring services. I dropped of a hat I wanted a patch affixed to. I came with a price range in mind and when I asked how much my job would cost they lovely and charming young lady was spot on with what I felt was a fair price. Now that is some good business when everybody wins.
Now that my former local dry cleaner and tailor, Yukon Cleaners (had been using them since 1975), has closed their shop and retired (may God grant them hapiness), I am happy I so easily pivoted to finding a new to me, but still a long established and well regarded venue, that can undoubtedly address my dry cleaning and tailoring needs. I look forward to future business here.”
“After a slight adjustment period, partly bc I'm particular with my laundry, I have found the owner and workers to be professional, kind and thorough. They improved greatly when I voice concern. My clothes are washed and folded AND hung and cared for above and beyond. Nino, the main delivery person, is always professional and friendly. The staff is friendly and courteous.”

“We have been dropping off laundry here for a few years now and they have been awesome. Clothes are clean and I can usually pick it up within a day. They even have a delivery system which works out during busy weeks. Clothes are always clean and nicely folded. Happy customer!”

“It’s a laundry mat with washing machines and dryers. It can get busy, which is a good business. I usually do self serve and decided to use their laundry wash fold service for the 10 percent discount of orders over 20.00$. Workers are super nice and usually see them cleaning the place when they have time. I see them as organized employees who wash, fold and sweep/mop. I like that it’s kid friendly, kids just love to run here. They have a vending machine, massage chair and gaming arcade.”

“I really like this laundromat, this isn't a luxury spot but has everything you need and more of a no frills type place. They sell powered soap at reasonable prices and with all the signage around the front desk, it seemed like the owner's top priority to enhance the experience of the laundromat. Last Sunday all the dryers shut off at once, (probably because there are over 30 or so dryers in that space), even though the employee showed remorse about the situation there was not much she could be besides apologize at the time. Many of us packed up our things from the washers and were about to leave when suddenly they got the dryers back, called in all the folks that tried to leave inside and outside the laundromat to let them know which was really nice of them. Then Anthony (the owner), had rushed in after receiving this feedback and took ownership of the situation, he offered to make it right and the fact that he was there when things went south gave me a great feeling about how much he actually cares. They had my business from the start but now they have more of my confidence and loyalty.”

“This is only dry cleaners I use on the island. Never had a problem. Had my uniforms adjusted to my size and the alterations were done perfectly. I once earned in with my winter coat to have the zipper changed because it was stuck for over a year. The owner fixed my zipper free of charge to my amazement. I have nothing but praise for this small family owned business.”
