The team, including Wally and Omar, always goes above and beyond—accommodating, professional, and kind. Service is fast, and clothes come back smelling amazing, folded perfectly, and returned neatly with care. They are prompt on pick up and delivery, and they even notify customers about extra items found with their laundry. After trying multiple laundry services, this has been a favorite for its attention to detail and convenience. The staff are always very friendly, and there are never any issues. O Star Laundromat makes laundry completely stress-free and will make life so much easier.
