The worst Macy's experience. I went there to shop Lancome perfume and asked for 3.0 oz but manager Meera gave me 1.7 oz while I have realized it after purchasing. Nevertheless when I came to return it on the same day she refused to process return for the same product of unopened box with receipt.
This is against policy and very unprofessional from Macy's employee.

Made an online pickup order at this location and did the curbside pickup. Waited for about 30 minutes, then checked and saw that it said my order was picked up already, although no one came to my car or anything dropped off near it.
Went inside to wait another hour ish in line at the service counter where they told me again that it was already picked up, but when they went to the back to check, they had my order with a note saying went outside and no one was there.
The lack of communication and lying in saying that my order was delivered when it was not, then also saying I was not there when I was was baffling. I could understand that they were busy due to the holidays but not telling me to come inside or even bothering to go outside to just do a quick curbside order is insane and would recommend others to order online pickup elsewhere.

Needed some linen resort shirts fir a Cancun trip. Went on a weekday evening and it was easy to ship. They had a clearance sale on summer wardrobe items so everything was 60-70% off. Good timing, was in and out with a great sale and everything fit perfectly

I was satisfied with my experience until I got home and discovered that I was charged twice for an item I only purchased once. This kind of error is unacceptable, and I expect it to be corrected immediately

Beware of last call items. They are not returnable! Although online it states that they are returnable within 30 days. Will not be shopping at Macy's anymore.

I didn't go to Macy's. I went behind Macy's. They have every Saturday they have farmers market. And people come in and there's all kinds of vegetables and everything like that, it truly cool. You ought to go. It's on Saturdays until November in the back of Macy's the store, not the mall, the mall part, not the store, but you go back there in the back parking lot. You can bring your dog and like I said there's all kinds of vegetables and they take even 2 card as well, but it's only the O Tc card from united healthcare. So that's kind of cool that'll help people anyways have a great day, I'm watching them met
