“There are cheaper plans online; AT&T Prepaid and Cricket. The stores prompt to aim you in the middle. But for AT&T Prepaid you cant beat it, The plan is paid up front Save the taxes and fees, and regulatory. With Post-Paid accounts... adding a smart watch to the plan for 14$ or 19$ is COMPLETELY insane!!! and a price hike that pads their pockets. Just buy a Fitbit or Garmin..... Dont waste your cash. Garmin has GPS, Texts, equivalent tracking features that Apple up-sells. You can text from most models.
Tip: dont buy the cheaper phones just go with Middle to high end Devices the cellular network works best on LTE+/UW/5G. Aim to get something 6gb/8gb of ram and space.”

“I had a great experience today taking advantage of an offer to upgrade my Celero. Excellent service from John, no bait and switch, no hard sell and he went out of his way to find the last case in the store that would fit my new phone. He told me it would take 15-20 to transfer all my contact information, apps and e-mail and deleted duplicate listings in my contact list. He took to time to answer a few questions and asked me the test out certain features to make sure I understood before I left the store.”
“I had a problem with my phone sim so I stopped by this store to see if they could help me.
The representative there, a young lady named Rimsha, helped me the moment I stepped in. She was very professional, polite, and helpful. She understood my issue and fixed it quickly.
There are three AT&T stores within short driving distance of where I live, but this is the one I will be coming back to when it’s time to upgrade my phone.

“I had lost my phone. I went to the first store and they didn't have any SIM cards. I went to this store, my phone said to call Boost. I was on hols for a half hour and then I had to leave and come back. When I did, a different person helped me and got my phone activated.”

She went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly and helped me when I couldn’t remember my passcode, didn’t have my phone backed up, and such. Though this store is small, the service was impeccable! Highly recommend!!”
“I was told from Verizon to go to the local store an activate my phone. I transfer four lines from another service to them because the prices seem really good. I went to the one on hylan blvd in New Dorp. I felt uncomfortable when I walked in the woman made me wait, finally she looked at me and said what am I here for? I told her I need to activate my phone. She said well that’s an old phone right away. She was negative. Maybe she should not be in the business of helping people I waited 45 minutes. Finally another person asked me what I’m here for and I explain what I needed to do, she help me ,but I still felt like they were doing me a favor. they didn’t have the SIM card I needed.
so I had to order one from Amazon can you imagine a big corporation like Verizon doesn’t have a Sim card anyway I placed the order myself and when the card comes in. I think I’ll just go online myself and activate the phone all in all my experience was not a good one. just a follow up finally the Sim card they sent. They were still incorrect. The work on the phone that I wanted to use to be activated. I was speaking to a representative who helped me activate another phone I had which is a later model and that worked out very well it took a while and I was frustrated but everything’s working fine now and my bill has been corrected and I’m very happy with the service, they do offer a lot of plans that are expensive or free privacy. It took a while, but I’m happy sometimes you must persist to get what you think. You deserve and in this case, it worked out fine for me.”

They were amazingly patient and knowledgeable spending almost 2 hours helping to sort out errors and remove temp lines inappropriately added to the account by the corporate store. I highly recommend them and can’t thank them enough for saving me from this nightmare!”
