Old Town Pharmacy is a great and very personable place with amazingly helpful staff. It is the best pharmacy ever, filling prescriptions super fast. It is a one-stop shop with way more options than others, offering very unique gifts and varieties like trap candles. This saves customers time and money. It is highly recommended for all prescription needs and is absolutely the favorite on the island.

Absolutely my Favorite pharmacist on the island. Inna really is so helpful & goes out of her way for every little thing! God bless your soul!!! This pharmacy has way more Options than all the other ones and very unique gifts!
