“Great hardware store. If you’re looking to pick something up quick and dont feel like going to a big box store. I noticed that the local residents use the store often because of the relationships that they had. They normally make keys but the Machine was down. Heres some photos”

“My custom BBQ was leaking... found out one of the custom hose fittings cracked. Ordered a new custom hose but the manufacturer screwed up on the size of the fitting. Went to General Plumbing Supply and the guys in the plumbing department were very helpful in figuring out what I could use to get my hose to work. Took a couple of minutes... but came back with a series of pieces and they showed me what I needed to get it to work.”

“Absolutely what a hardware store should be. Extremely knowledgeable help, the greatest variety of products is very very reasonable prices. You should make this your first stop for any hardware needs. Going there first will save you time money and headaches. They will give sound advice on any job and provide you with the right tools to complete it.”

“A diamond in the ruff when you want to rent an updated van dirt cheap. Had to pick up furniture in NJ. Less than 2 hour trip. Have to place a deposit to secure the time it takes you round trip. The van was dirty because it just got back from a trip. Had to ask one of the guys to help me clean out the debris but overall an easy in and out experience. Will come back if I'm need of a van rental.”

“The Last time I went to Home Depot was when I was living in 52 Beach Street or on Targee street. This time I went with a group of people from JCC and this store is in a different location. It's still a store we can buy supplies, tools, refrigerators, washing machines ,dryers and many more.?? ?️⛏️? ⚙️ They also sell furniture, lights, sheds and plants for your garden. They have self checkout spots where you can buy it on your own. ??? When I was here I first checked out the garden area where it was wet and it had all these plants and there were birds. Then I noticed that some refrigerators have big screens on them and have a good discount.?? This place is located in the Charleston area of Staten Island. If I were you I would recommend this place to go for home Depot because it's very storage based and decent.?⚒️?️⛓️?‍??‍?”

“Home depot will forever be crowned your go-to place for all the necessities it provides!Customer service treated me extremely politely, positively, and were patient. But unfortunately when I needed a specific tile size, they claimed they do not cut tiles which was surprising... and they did not have any matches of the sort either... so that did make my trip a bit difficultBut all in all definitely a place to stop by when needed”

“My elderly mom and I were looking for flooring on a Tuesday night. Unlike the forest Ave location, none of the tiles were on display and worse there was not one person to help us except for one guy who was clearly busy loading items and operating a forklift. In my desperation I bothered him and he was nice enough To stop what he was doing. He also couldn't find what we're looking for but when others who would just say " We're out" he asked for a sku number. Turns out they had it but it was in a palette all the way to top. He grabbed his forklift and brought it down for us. Best of all, the item was discontinued and on clearance. Another lady came to help . They were both very nice. Ron and Lizette, you have restored my faith in what good customer service should be. Many workers and store managers have forgotten what that is”

“The parking lot can be congested at times. There are many day laborers hanging around the parking lot. The elderly and females might be a little frightened by seeing all of these young guys loitering about. Keep your eyes open and your car doors locked.”

“Never too busy, always well stocked. Some employees seem to have an "I don't care" attitude, but for the most part, a friendly, knowedgeable staff.”

“Similar to Home Depot but less crowded, workers are also friendly and helpful. Sometimes when Home Depot don't have something , I come here since it's close to each other.”
