“I love Samantha, Gianna, and all the groomers at BYOP they do an amazing job above and beyond. They make my dog look and smell like 1 million bucks and he smells amazing for three weeks after he’s been groomed. They also know dogs and how to work with you I highly recommend them”

“Called Pet Oasis for a grooming appointment for our 3 year old Rottie; the person who answered was so sweet and she had the groomer ( Ashley) call me back for an appointment: Ashley called back immediately and Shadows’ appt was within the week, we were so impressed. As soon as Shadow met Ashley it was all over ? Shadow will never go to anyone but Ashley. She was so in tune with Shadow and so patient: Really Impressed ! We received 20% off for first time. It was a GREAT experience! Shadow is a BIG girl and she doesn’t do anything she doesn’t want to but Ashley won her over and now she looks forward to going ! That’s a HUGE relief. Thank You so much Ashley !!! You saved us !”
“Arcade pets, killer place people that run it. Really know their stuff. Not that expensive for things. Got a killer bird in there. Um, he'll say Squawk only thing I do not like about this place is they have dogs and I just hate for him to be in cages, but always in good condition always kept great always see him out played they have toys. The people that run the place are absolutely cool as hell. Check this place out it's really good, it's in the stopping shop. Parking lot eltonville, across the street from riddy. No, whatever that stores by the bank, check it out depells”

“Every time I walk into the store, I have three dogs. I’m in there almost every week. They argue with me not to give me a free bag after my 10th bag the managers they’re a horrible, but I have no choice but to go there cause that is the only Petco in my area the work is a great the cashiers, but the managers are horrible. I’m very disappointed that I never received my bag of food for my dogs. I never get rewards. I’m not happy at all.”

“We used to love to go to Petsmart and get stuff for our animals. But they've replaced a lot of the staff (after they've been fed up with their ways) and the new staff sucks!!!
Most of them have very little knowledge, are ignorant, arrogant and don't even seem like they wanna be there. Never mind providing minimum of standard service. The worst is a girl with short blue hair (arrogant and an attitude) and another girl with piercings and supergreasy hair (that has zero knowledge at all).
There's only one employee that's there that's absolutely great!”
“Been bringing my doggo here for years. The rating is not a good reflection of the groomers working here, never had an issue with the front desk. More importantly though is that the groomers are all really nice, we went to Stephanie for years but she recently left and now Chrissy (I believe she's the owner) has taken over cutting for my dog. He is soooo cute after his cuts I'm always excited for his grooming visits. Also love how he smells and how they give a little bandana wrap as a finish.”
“Absolutely love this bakery!! My dogs love the cookies and as an owner of a grooming and boarding facility the customers love them too! Customer service is great and you can see the time and energy put into making these cookies. Worth every penny and the wait for my dogs and customers to enjoy.”
