Techs are very good at the medical side - friendly and professional. However, they're always behind on appointments. I can only assume they're under-staffed. This location is most convenient to my home, so I come here often. There is always a wait, and you're never in on time for an appointment. No one ever at front desk, and no way to call to speak to anyone at this (or any other) Quest location, making for an extremely poor customer service experience. I feel sorry for the techs, who really do seem to be doing their best. But Quest corporate certainly doesn't care. It's not like there's any competition in the area, so they know they can provide such poor service and we have no choice but to use their services.

Usually I'm in and out within 5 to 10 minutes. My last visit was at eleven forty I didn't get in there until twelve ten I have no clue what took so long.

This is one of the better Quest locations on the island, quick checkin via sign-in on their tablet, and a big waiting room. I took away a star because there’s not enough seats in the waiting room for those that are disabled/elderly/etc., and when they call you for your appointment, they speak so low, you can’t hear them if you’re sitting across from the door, against the wall.

They are not capable of honoring an appointment in time.
What is the point of making an appointment, if you aren't able to keep your schedule?
I took a day off from work to be there at the time they told me to, yet I had to wait an additional 40 minutes.
Make sure you're reporting them all the time. Someone should close this facility or change the staff!!!!

The staff are all rude and never helpful. They claim they take walk-ins but it could be a 8 hour wait. I waited 2 1/2 hours and was told they had no idea when they can take the walk-ins. They definitely need better communication skills.
