Staff at this branch are very professional and genuinely try their best to help. Robin, Senad and Roland helped my family and I during one of the most difficult times. Highly recommend this branch. Forest Ave branch was absolutely disgusting, unprofessional and rude - save your time and energy.

I would give 6 stars if possible. In-person banking experiences are usually forgettable at best, but that is not the case with this particular branch of Santander Bank. The service there was/is exceptional. They made me feel like a true VIP (even though I am far from that) -- especially Robin Enderes! Cannot recommend more.

It is a ok bank. I never went in for a service but to use ATM. Across the street, there's a drive thru ATM and I use that more often than going in a building to withdraw money.
