“I came in for a tune up and oil change. I was a new customer. I actually scheduled my first appointment and accidentally forgot about my first appointment. Danny (the owner), was so incredibly kind and understanding, even though I probably caused a scheduling inconvenience for his shop. He called me to check to make sure I was ok since I missed my appointment. I rescheduled, and his team completed the tune up and oil change within an afternoon. He explained everything to me very clearly and didn't try to upsell or persuade me to change parts that I didn't need to change out. He charged a very fair price and even gave me discounts. “The crew who changed my 4 new tires on the Ford Ranger were amazing. You usually don't get professional workers like these, and I'm serious. These guys were great, it took about 30 minutes or less to do Rims, New tires, Valve stems and smoothing the beads on the rims. The owner Abel was honest with a few issues I had with my rims (my rim beads were shot and they had to smoothe them out), and he's very reasonable. If you want new tires mounted, etc this is definitely the place to go. I'll be back again. Thanks Abel, I truly appreciate your honesty and professionalism. Your crew are the best. “I stopped by without an appointment after I discovered one of my tires was dangerously low on air. My tire was checked, and the problem was diagnosed within 10 minutes. They offered to plug the hole for a reasonable amount but warned that due to my tire having two plugs close together it would be wise to look into a new tire sooner rather than later. There was no pressure as they offered to plug the hole. The two men who I had conversations with were both informative and kind. I inquired about new tires and opted to just have my tire replaced.I was in and out of the shop within 20-30 minutes and had a new tire.”

“I highly recommend this place. I needed to replace a tire which was already wheel mounted, so basically just replacement of the wheel. He did this in five minutes and he charge me $10 and this was for my Tesla model X.All the other shops, the moment they know that it is a Tesla they will increase the price, but this guy was genuine and He kept the same price. I just needed to bring my own puck which is required to make sure there is no damage to the batteries and within five minutes the wheel was replaced. “Mavis honored their tire warranty by fixing slow leak and rotating my tires for no charge. They couldn't remove one of the tires but lubricated it in hopes that eventually the tire will come off later. He didn't want to force the nut off and said for fear of damaging the make part of the nut bolt. A representative explained everything that went on. I was very pleased with their service.”

“I ran over two nails and needed my tire plugged asap otherwise I would have had a flat tire. I had a 4 hour commute ahead of me and drove to the nearest shop I could find. Being almost 7 months pregnant and not from around here with not many options I was a wreck. Jojos staff was extremely kind and took care of my car for me even though it was a busy Friday night and were closing in 20 minutes. One of the staff members ( I wish I got his name) jokingly told me these screws were New York’s welcome gift to me. He then helped me with my wheel without any hesitation. He patched my wheel and had me on my way without any problems. To this staff member thank you! You truly showed me what New York is all about! Your kindness and generosity deserves a shoutout. “I've been going to West Shore Tires for around 25 years. The service is excellent and prices are comparable to anyone else in the area. To the people with frivolous complaints like the price of an oil change, do some research, the newer vehicles today use full synthetic oil which is much more expensive than the old conventional oil. Just do some research before you post ridiculous complaints.”

“I am having the best experience here at the Costco Tire Center in Staten Island. I made an early morning appointment because they take walk in flat tire business and, as everyone knows wherever you go, wait times get longer as the day gets older. So, I got here early, checked in with Anthony D. who was incredibly personable & professional. They gave me a big red plastic # to put on my car, which I parked in a regular spot in the parking lot. They told me it would be roughly 1.5-2 hours. I left my key & then went leisurely shopping inside Costco. I received a call about some tire sensors that were so old they really needed replacing. Happy to have that done. I was able to bring my shopping cart inside while I waited for them to finish up. Well within the estimated time. Thank you!”
