I ran into some issues at the SI location where they refused to put on the new tires I bought from them online. I called up this location and was greeted by Javier. I explained the situation to him and he told me I can stop by following day and get them installed there. I told him I would like to stop by right away since following day is mother’s day. He told me OK no problem, get here by 5PM.
I showed up and they took down my information and started working on my car right away. I was out in less than an hour. I also had the pleasure of speaking with sales manager Samantha, who checked with me to see if everything was OK.
Overall I had a great experience at this location and will definitely return even though I have to pay an extra toll get there”
