“The staff was amazing extremely helpful. Because of my complete spinal reconstruction I was unable to drive the vehicle and realize this on my way home before I even packed the car to go to the destination I was planning on. I returned the car this morning and was told I would only be charged the $250 for the day and they voided the rest of the contract. I put in the 2.8 gallons of gas it took me to get the car home and back so I returned it on Full. I didn’t realize I would have to lean up on the strain. It was putting on my neck to drive the vehicle that I rented. It was a last-minute rental because I had a family member dying in Atlanta, but unfortunately, I was not able to handle the drive. I know what the holiday weekend coming up the turnover would be crazy fast and I’m sure they had somebody already waiting for this car. It’s my loss and I was hoping to have the car for one full week. This is the first time I have ever driven anything other than my 1996 Chevy Lumina since my surgeries. I did not anticipate how I would feel or the movements I would have to make to accommodate myself. The vehicle itself was beautiful just not right for me. I did start calling at 7 AM this morning was unable to get a hold of anyone and Got there approximately 8:10 AM to return it because I had to wait for a ride home from my older sister. I would highly recommend this company to anyone else though. Sorry I talk text due to my disability, I do hope this comes out correctly. I do thank them for their assistance with this entire matter. Didn’t catch his name but bigger gentleman, kind of guy you want on your side at a bar. Had a slight gas tank discrepancy but he treated us fairly in the end. Would rent here again.”

“Didn't know what to expect when I arrived here to rent the van because it looked as if no one was there. Once inside I saw George. He greeted me and asked how he could help. He asked if I had a reservation. When I replied no, he said not to worry, he had plenty. He asked where I would be going which I first thought was off but he wasn't being nosey, he needed to add mileage charges for the estimated charges. His estimate was on spot on, which meant no surprise charges for me ?. He explained the rental requirements and return expectations. My return experience was just a easy. Definitely recommend.”

“We rented a 10ft Uhaul truck, which is ideal for a 1-2 bedroom apartment. I suggest you have dollies to move your heavier pieces, and load truck smartly as things can shift around. This truck drove very smoothly, had good pick-up with the v-8. This truck does not have a ramp, but is lower to easily step off, load your stuff. Not a complaint, but I would have someone get out, and physically assist when backing up. It can be tricky, and you are blind. Overall great experience, drop off at night no problem, left keys in drop box. This location on Rahway Ave is close to Route 1, and close to adjoining towns.”
