I arrived at exactly 5pm on the dot on 5/2/26. Matt was at the door. He saw me carrying a heavy box (dining table) to drop off with QR code. He was kind and let me return so that I won’t have to bring it back home. Another staff scanned and took my drop off in 30 seconds!!!
They deserve a raise for 5-Star service.
