Had a passport appointment slot from 2:45-3pm. We showed up just 7 mins late and waited on the line. By the time we got to the window it was after 3pm (3:02pm) and she turned us away because it was after 3pm and she “closed the passport stuff” whatever that means… She saw us with the newborn and immediately said “NOPE DONT CARE”. She was beyond RUDE. Obviously hates her job and very racist seemed like. I am a local and have witnessed her constantly doing this to customers. Extremely RUDE. All the time. & she’s the one who handles the passports only. We asked for supervisor/manager and she was also very RUDE AND DISMISSIVE. She then proceeded to say she handles the passports not me … Do not come here :)

Terrible experience. I had a 10:30 passport appointment. I had confirmation for it. I get to the window the person said I wasn't on the list that I didnt confirm my appointment. I HAD A CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND ALL. She didnt even want to take a minute and help me. I will never ever step foot back in this post office.

Horrible service. Very rude!!! I went in for a passport appointment. 12:45-1pm I get there at 12:45, filled out the application and went on line. It was busy so we waited some time. When we get to the window at 1:02 the man refused to serve us and was so nasty about it. Said we were never waiting yet cameras are everywhere. I asked the big lady at the end for a supervisor and she was very rude too. Horrible ppl. Ppl treat ppl poorly not knowing what battles they’re dealing with. SMH

Had no issues with the customer service or staff but they should have handheld scanner for big packages at the kiosk. And they should have a flat bed cart for customers to use incase they have a lot of heavy packages.

This place was horrible I only forgot my son’s birth certificate (my fault) and wanted to let the person waiting go first but they didn’t let us have the people waiting go first and I told them someone is getting it but haven’t arrived yet and let the others go first TBH she was kinda rude about it.😩

Very shady that packages have been getting lost - also just miserable people to work with. Will never use this post office again despite it being 2 minutes away from me.

I have to agree with the other review saying that this post office steals packages. I send out a lot of packages and never had any problems at other post offices but at this one I have lost a few packages. And the ones that went missing never even got an acceptance scan. Very shady post office

Miserable people working there honestly. I was 5 minutes late to my passport appointment (My own fault, I own that). But there was literally no on else around, no person waiting for their next appointment slot (which was at 12). The woman at the front literally rolled her eyes at me and said “Well I already cancelled you.” Meanwhile the sign right next to her literally says passport limited walk in availability. If I have all the proper documents and straight cash, what does it kill you to take a quick photo in 5 minutes?? Or at the very least, be a little nicer about it and offer to help me reschedule, since the website is absolutely trash to work around (And that’s coming from a 29 year old). Some people have lives and things going on, I obviously wasn’t late because I wanted to be. But I didn’t argue with her, I just said “Ok I’ll reschedule”, and returned a minute later with a package for a drop off. She wouldn’t even take me for that, she ignored me and instead I waited for a guy who just stared at me blankly and barely spoke english. Even just saying thank you when he gave me my receipt, he said nothing and was just dead in the face. I know the job probably sucks and you feel underpaid, but you don’t have to be soulless. People are just trying to get their errands done.
