The service I received at Verizon was great. I was greeted by the staff as soon as I entered the store. Staff was friendly,knowledgeable and very helpful. I would received them to anyone.

I used to be a former customer of MetroPCS. After several attempts, they were not able to fix my cellular data service. It was just completely and utterly ridiculous and I am somebody who needs my phone in order to work. My sister had told me about a great deal that Verizon has going on for the new iPhone 15. I went into the store, and a representative by the name of Samantha helped me. She was nothing short of amazing and patient and kind and very informative. She even stood there and listened to me ramble about MetroPCS the whole time. I thought it was hilarious. I am just mumbling and cussing under my breath. But because she’s such a nice girl she pretty much just stared at me as I was losing my mind from how horrible the service I had from Metro was. And she just told me “I can definitely help you with your new account”. Long story short I am very happy with Samantha‘s customer service and I think she’s a lovely and very informative and very helpful employee. She should get a raise.

I highly recommend this Verizon store and would love to give more than 5 stars! When it comes to changing to a new phone I get major anxiety but not this time. As soon as I walked in this store I was immediately greeted and offered assistance from Jackie. Changing phones for me was seamless from start to finish , Jackie was friendly , knowledgeable and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure my new transition was stress free. Even after I went home with my new phone Jackie made herself available for me if I had any future questions. Jackie you are amazing and a true example of Excellent customer service. You will always have my future business.

Don’t go here if you want to do an in store pickup of a phone that u paid off. They’ll (Steven) will say they don’t have the phone before even checking the computer to see if an order actually came in. Dealt with “STEVEN” who didn’t even check to see if an order that was placed for in store pickup was there just kept on going we don’t have the phone but yet if I wanted to do the upgrade in store it’s available… place is a rip off only good when u spending money there in store.

Steven at Victra Verizon Hylan Blvd did a wonderful job of transitioning me into my new Google Pixel 8 Pro. Hylan Blvd Verizon is so much better than the Richmond Ave Verizon because they actually take the time to help you instead of standing around and talking to each other.

I came in today, and was helped right away. Everything was explained great, thoroughly, and succinctly. They transferred all my stuff over to my new phone, and even found me discounts I didn’t know I could receive. For the future, I plan to always come back to this store.

Prepare to be here forever.. read fine print on returns carefully, they refused to return $ for headphones which were brand new but didn't work. Understaffed. Will not move a finger to do anything extra. Will just tell you to call Verizon and do it yourself

If you want to waste your time, then it's the place you want to go. These people have no knowledge of what to do. They are so busy doing their own thing, don't want to be bothered to give customer service. They will tell you to go to location in the mall. Why be open for business!

Online support told me to come to pick me to pick up a sim card cause they have in inventory. The sale person told me they don't cause it's not part of policy . Trust me don't go to no Verizon store in person . Do everything online since people don't know how to do their job .

Went in to have a phone replaced. Firstly, they don't take physical credit cards. ?Second, we were told because they aren't an authorized retailer I couldn't get my phone replaced/upgraded the same day. Fine. The lady tells us if we go to the Verizon location by the SI Mall, that they can replace it "the same day", since they are an authorized retailer.So we travel 30 mins to the other Verizon location, just to be told "We've never replaced phones the same day. We don't know why they told you that". So the lady lied to us to get rid of us, made us waste gas and travel for nothing.Thanks for nothing.

I came into today and wanted to change to T-Mobile to verzion she was very nasty with me and telling me not to be happy that I am not switching and giving me so much attitude I don't know her name but she had a tattoo on her left upper arm that person shouldn't be in the front desk and talking to people like this as customer service should be excellent.

Please make sure you read and understand every charge on your bill when joining Verizon. They are out to get you & your pockets. They don’t care about professionalism. I have never had such an unpleasant experience with a phone company. If I didn’t already sign a contract I would go back go T-Mobile.
