She provided opportunities to follow up once my beaux was in tow with me next week. She was very informative regarding upcoming events and took note of every item that stood out to me. During our search, I've visited several jewelry stores and can say that all fell short of the great experience that I had with Nickie and Lisa today. Great caliber managers who are sincerely vested in providing great customer service to all who visit. So very well done!”

“This place buys stolen jewelry I found out my jewelry was there and went in to negotiate with them. They told me I couldn’t get it back even though I had the bill of sale from where I bought it. First they said it was sold, then they said they didn’t have it and finally they told me it was melted down. I know this couldn’t be true because one of the items was a cameo with a diamond around her neck. No way could they have melted that down. Do not do business with these liars. 8/16/2023.”

“Very happy with the work/service. This is my GO-TO jeweler for everything. Came here many years ago to produce a photograph onto a gold heart shape pendant. This picture lasted for over 20 years, then faded over time (due to daily wear, and use in the shower, pool etc). Ordered a new heart shaped pendant from them again as a gift. Pendant came out beautiful- I was very pleased with the results, price and service.”

The Staten Island mall store and associates are definitely needing credit!My husband originally went to get a few Christmas pieces for me. He was blown away by Alma's customer service and attention to detail. She was even willing to do a video call with me to help pick something out.She is kind, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. She gave my husband her number so I can pick out two pieces for my birthday. I was shocked she was willing to message me and give me an elevated personal shopper experience that you can't find anywhere else!Thanks to her amazing personality and kindheartedness my husband goes about once a month to pick out goodies for me!I have gotten everything from jewelry to home decor pieces as shown in the pictures. I even started collecting from the new higher end campaign.Alma and Hiba are absolute dolls. I live about 8 mins from the mall. I walk every week to see what's new. How they are doing. We have built a genuine friendship.
