“I bought a fairly used Rolex Submariner 14060M from Nick. The transaction was smooth. It came with the full set (original box and papers). I met Nick at the NYC Rolex Service Center and he was honest and represented everything to the best of his knowledge and we settled on a fair price. The watch returned back from service and it is running amazingly at +1.5 seconds. Nick was a pleasure to do business with and I will be doing business with him again.”

He made me a beautiful custom curved wedding band that sits perfectly flush against a low-set engagement ring. The ring was ready in a couple of days, and it was less than half the price I had been quoted at another jeweler. “If you are looking for a trustworthy, reasonable priced shop to repair any sentimental jewelry you have, I highly recommend this shop! I brought my engagement ring in to see if it could be repaired (the prong was sticking wide out after getting caught on something) and Eli the owner immediately assessed it for me, repaired it in front of me in twenty minutes and even polished my ring for me afterwards! I was very impressed with Eli’s high quality work and my overall experience. I will definitely go back and refer anyone else I know to this great small family business!”

“I went there because I had an issue with a techno marine watchband and was trying to see if I could get a replacement or a repair. Unfortunately, they did not have that availability, but we’re so helpful in trying to get me another resource even though it was not going to benefit them in anyway. The store is actually fully magnificent and is definitely a place I would shop again. I had bought a necklace there many years ago before the store was so beautifully renovated and it was even nice then but now is it with amazing inventory.”
