“I went there because I had an issue with a techno marine watchband and was trying to see if I could get a replacement or a repair. Unfortunately, they did not have that availability, but we’re so helpful in trying to get me another resource even though it was not going to benefit them in anyway. The store is actually fully magnificent and is definitely a place I would shop again. I had bought a necklace there many years ago before the store was so beautifully renovated and it was even nice then but now is it with amazing inventory.”
“I went to Brooklyn Running Company today to find a new pair of running shoes for an upcoming event, and I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience! I wasn’t sure which shoe would be the best fit for me, but Aaron was fantastic from start to finish (pun intended). He took some measurements, watched me walk, had me do a few exercises, and then brought out three different pairs for me to try and test on their treadmill. All three felt great, but I ultimately went with a pair of Brooks. Aaron explained exactly why they would be the best fit for my needs, which made me feel confident in my decision.
What really stood out to me, though, was the incredible customer service. I heard Aaron mention to another customer that the store was short staffed today but that he would be right with him and you would never have known it unless he said something. I never felt rushed, overlooked, or like I wasn’t getting the attention I needed. Aaron was energetic, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping me find the right shoe.
The whole experience was fun, informative, and completely stress free. I walked out with a great new pair of Brooks and a huge smile on my face! I’ll absolutely be coming back to Brooklyn Running Company for my next pair of shoes. Highly recommend!”

“Highly recommend Sal’s store. He and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and his prices are fair. He made me a beautiful custom curved wedding band that sits perfectly flush against a low-set engagement ring. The ring was ready in a couple of days, and it was less than half the price I had been quoted at another jeweler. “If you are looking for a trustworthy, reasonable priced shop to repair any sentimental jewelry you have, I highly recommend this shop! I brought my engagement ring in to see if it could be repaired (the prong was sticking wide out after getting caught on something) and Eli the owner immediately assessed it for me, repaired it in front of me in twenty minutes and even polished my ring for me afterwards! I was very impressed with Eli’s high quality work and my overall experience. I will definitely go back and refer anyone else I know to this great small family business!”
