“So happy to share that finding this amazing store in the Staten Island mall was a godsend. My granddaughter has her junior prom in June and had been searching for the perfect dress. Went all over, including New Jersey, never thought to look in the mall. I googled “prom dresses in Staten Island” and Ultimate Fashions II came up. They have an enormous selection of special occasion dresses, that’s all they carry. Laura was wonderful in helping us and her expert seamstress was wonderful in making whatever alterations were needed and very reasonable too. Highly recommend this store for all your special occasion needs, including footwear.”

After describing what I was looking for, they kindly informed me it wasn’t in stock but reassured me that they had just received a shipment and suggested I return in an hour. True to their word, when I came back, they had the item waiting for me! Their attention to detail and dedication to providing top-tier customer service is truly exceptional. When I went to exchange it, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The manager, I missed her name helped me find the coat in the same size and set me up with an individual, Mohammed, who was highly professional and helped me with the exchange.”
“This is my go to place for years wether it be for a gift or for myself. Kim is one of the most loveliest people you could ever meet and truly thinks of all of her customers as friends. Nicole, and all the rest of the staff that work there are just as equally wonderful. One of the biggest things I love about this boutique is that they want you to walk out of there feeling beautiful. “This store has a lot of great items and usually have the latest heat. The shelves are stocked, from shirts, socks, tees, hats and sneakers. Boots, jerseys and accessories. Associates are helpful, but one time all but one associate, a female with braces, who wasn't distracted by potential new customers and friends, actually devoted her attention into helping me, fulfill my order. Pardon the run on sentence. Store was clean , and I will probably return.”

“It would be nice to have more clothes for short/petite people. And all the jeans were skinny, jeggings,or something skimpy. Was looking for a more comfortable straight or wide leg jeans. As for the shoes, it would be nice to have a round(semi circle shape) and wide / extra wide and comfortable shoes.”

Would be better if clothing size would be more organized... imagine walking into a store and finding what you need with ease . 10/11/24 went on to kohl's to pick up a jacket today and was able to tell things are much neater now and have done some changes .
