“I recalled reading many reviews in NEXDOOR and Facebook about the great automotive work of Croteau and Sons Service Center experts in automotive repairs. They are located close to Luther Forest which is easily walkable to their service center. Well this past weekend I bought a pre-owned vehicule that I encountered frustrating issues with the battery and associate parts. I had the vehicule towed to Croteau where I first met the very friendly Beverly, the owner who immediately set me up to troubleshoot the battery issues and also other needs I required to insure the car would be property serviced. Beverly called me with the testing results which was far less severe ($$) than ot could have been. Beverly and her son were very gracious in explaining what the issues were. They also performed an oil change and scheduled an inspection later in the week, all on the busy Thanksgiving holiday week. Thus I had found a decent business in the neighborhood to have my car serviced. I recommend and thank Beverly and her sons for a job well done - you're the best!!”

“These guys are rockstars. At the last moment I needed a tire repair. They got me in and found that I needed a replacement tire. I was planning on 4 new tires next month, but had them do it while they had the car to avoid any further problems with mismatched tires. Next morning I had another problem with a molding around one tire had come apart. They were closing early for parking lot sealing but had mecome in and fixed it up right away even though it wasn't something caused by them. They went above and beyond with service. I can't give them enough props. Thanks guys...I'm so appreciative!”

“Saved us again. We have been patronizing Superior Auto Since 2005. Today, they saved my car again. There was a BIG problem with the steering,(there was none!) thought it would be the nail in the coffin as the repair would be more than is worth putting into the car. Lucky for us Craig is a master at REPAIRING, not just replacing parts. He was able to repair the steering rack that many others would have said to replace. Well worth any wait for an appointment. “Got in my car about 4:00 in the afternoon the other day and my tire pressure lights came on and were telling me that one of my tires was down to 15 psi. After a closer inspection there was a large screw in the middle of the tire. I called 3 different businesses in Clifton Park and not one of them could give me an appointment within a week's time. Who can go without their car for a week with a flat tire? I called Gil's and they told me they would fit it in the next day. I dropped it off that night and by 4:00 the next afternoon they had fixed the tire, did an oil change, and inspected it. When I picked it up there was plastic on the floor and it smelled great! Great customer service; I will definatley return the next time my car needs maintanance.”

The closest appointment I could find anywhere else was 11 days away. Mr. Windshield saw me in 2 (initial call was on Monday, they were here first thing Wednesday morning). The technician was polite, courteous and professional. They quoted me 3-4 hours, but he was done in about 2.5. I’m very happy with the results.
