Sloan explained everything to me in clear, non-jargon-y language, gave me options and very fair estimates of what he thought it would cost. I have never had a mechanic so knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. All the staff have been wonderful! There is a reason this place has 5 (well deserved) stars - best garage around.”

“For reference, I needed a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and a rattle near the muffler addressed (which turned out to be a loose heat shield). I tried to get into two local dealerships to be told I would have to wait a week and a half or longer with no option for a loaner because my required service didn't bave anything to do with safety or they had no loaners available. I called Tom's and was able to get an appointment for a few days later.It was a great experience. My car was done earlier than anticipated and everything I needed done or had concerns about was completed and addressed for a much lower cost than I was expecting. Great service all around and I'm glad to know there's a local place I can go to get service done right without the run around and in a convenient location that I can walk to work and not need a loaner.”

Other shops would have charged diag fee and then a flat rate repair. This guy did it out of kindness and wouldn't even let me buy him lunch for saving the day! He only asked for a good review for the shop. My hand to God, I'd recommend Patrick at Eagle becausehe's clearly not there to rip you off and knows what he's doing!The opposite of the Romeo family and their automotive scammerships. Trust me!!! My truck was there for two weeks leaking and they didn't fix it along with the other issues.”

“I had a brake piston seize up and the pads ate the rotor. I pulled into Mavis in Stone Ridge and they took me right in. They were so quick that I asked them to inspect the vehicle as preventative maintenance. They showed me several issues that were occurring and gave me their opinion on what should be done and when it should be done. Because I was there and they were on top of their game I had them take care of most of the issues. When I got the car back a few hours later the ride was noticeably improved. I will be going back to them for my inspection and the additional maintenance that they recommended before the winter. I highly recommend Stone Ridge Mavis. Both the manager and the service technician were gentlemen. They treated me like a neighbor that they would see again, and they will!”
