“Yesterday I came by the store to pick up engine oil for my car. I am a younger disabled veteran and was having a health flare up that makes it hard for me to stand up and walk around. Slightly embarrassed to ask for help, I called the store from the parking lot to see if someone could bring the product out to me while I rested in the car. Ryan was immediately on top of it and put me at ease. He took great care of me and made me feel like I wasn’t being a burden. It is great to know this store is willing to make accommodations for those with disabilities. I appreciate Ryan for going above and beyond to support me when I could not do this for myself.”
